Scam

Scam. They can’t find your phone and they take a lot more money than what is at first advertised. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It's a scam, doesn't work and they sneakily charge 49euro to your card within the 24 hour trial period. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers. They stole €39.90 from my bank account…

They stole €39.90 from my bank account less than 24 hours after l signed up paying the initial 50cent fee, to find a lost mobile phone. (And they placed the lost phone in a vague location in Barcelona when it was actually lost in Ireland) We cancelled the subscription but they refused to refund me the money they took. I got the same cut and paste reply from 'customer service' when l queried why they took out 2 amounts from my credit card. Definitely avoid.

I was also stolen my money

I was also stolen my money. I contacted the “support”, they replied very quickly to tell me they won’t refund.
I wish they go to hell.

Fraud, steal money and share credit card information

This is a fraudulent website that steals your money claiming you signed up for a "trial". When parking in central London and attempting to pay for parking this website (mobefind-ie.com) somehow received my credit card information . It then created an account and a "trial" of its services and subsequently took £35 for a "subscription" I never even signed up on. I have contacted "support" and they keep sending the same cut and paste response, that I cannot get a refund for a trial that I signed up for (despite never doing such a thing).

Then they forwarded my card information the other two websites
gogamingitems.com
joyfulsnug.com
They purchased "gift cards" for their websites. These are both fake websites as is clear from viewing it, contacting support which has the same exact layout and automatic answers. The website says they are located in Cyprus but the "support agent" (who has a Nigerian accent) says they are located in the UK.

I have cancelled my credit card and filed claims with credit card.

first class scam

Just like a few others, I somehow accepted a charge for 0.50, which led to my card being charged 49.90. Unfortunately, this happened three times before I noticed. Indeed you can cancel your subscrition, now wondering if that worked. Meanwhile cancelled the credit card just to be sure.

I've no idea how this company got my card details and nor do the bank. A unauthorised $60 payment just started coming out of my account, cancelled my cards and disputed the transaction. Received the new card and now the payments are coming out of that new card to. This company is like a cancer!

Scammed by this company

I didn't even subscribe and this business somehow charged my CC $60.00.

I didn't authorise it, and just happened to notice the transaction on my statement in net banking. I've subsequently disputed the charge with my bank and had to cancel primary and secondary cards which is obviously very inconvenient! 7 days for new cards to be issued. Quite frustrating.
Have to say the issuing bank has been very supportive but it still involved about 20 minutes on line plus a 30 minute telephone conversation. (CBA Diamond card with a 35k limit. Loads of direct debits will also need updating when the new cards arrive, more time wasted!
I'd never heard of this mobile find company, so quite frustrating and significant waste of my time, and also my wife's.

You illegally withdrawn money£ 36.40 from my bank account.
How did you get access to my bank account? I have not given you authority of permission to do that. This is theft and has been reported to Fraud Alert, police, FCA and a lovely review will appear on Trust pilot and other review platforms. You will be de-lighted with that. Scammers like you are the scum of the earth and dregs of society. I will track you all down.
I have contacted my bank fraud department of this illegal transaction.

Mobefind is robbery

Mobefind is a near criminal organization luring people to accept the payment of € 0.50 for something they do not even want, because it seems that you pay for something else. This was the case with me.
Stupid? Yes, and I accept the fact that I have to pay € 0.50 for my own stupidity.
What is unacceptable though is the fact that they start a direct debit of € 49.90 every month, after 24 hours have passed. You can (and I have) unsubscribe, but they have already robbed you of € 49.90
