Low quality Sofa table …
I bought a glass sofa table in December 2021. The shipment took a long time than agreed. It is February 2022 and It also appears that the table is single-use as the parts that support the glass, which looked like aluminum, turned out to be plastic. Parts are becoming dislodged and cannot be reinstalled.
I feel scammed 🥴

Im satisfied. I bought a sofa. IT was written that i have to wait 6-10 working days but i was waiting around 13 working days so only this was a little bit irritating.

Order not received and tracking number is useless
I made my order on mobel24 on November 24th. Until Dec 17th, I received my tracking information for the order 95569 from ColliCare. But I didn't receive an estimated delivery data and the track number is useless (The tracking do not provide real information for tracking).

Stressful to order from, but satisfied with product in the end
Furniture was missing parts. Customer service was OK, but not very reassuring. All parts were delivered in the end and we are satisfied with the quality of the product, but following up our order was unnecessarily stressful.

Service was OK, but the furniture is quite bad quality
In particular the office chair we bought is a piece of crap that is going to the dumpster next time we have trash collection. We also bought a living room table which looks nice but already after one month one can see that this is not a furniture that lasts very long.

far below expectations on theb furniture
poor quality of furniture with not enough clarity on the instructions manual.
The picture looms elegant but the reality of the furniture is very poor. Not even IKEA standard
