Very helpful company that offered a very good deal on the purchase of my phone. Communication was first class and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Very good service. Sent my phone Monday 26/10/25 and received my payment on 29/10/25. My experience was excellent.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max (€850) from Mobi-hub GmbH via Refurbed.

UPS claimed they tried to deliver it, but I was home all day – nobody rang the bell or knocked. Later, the tracking showed it was sent to a UPS pickup point, but that location confirmed they never received the package.

Since then, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop between Mobi-hub, Refurbed and UPS. Both keep blaming each other and delaying the process with “investigations” and requests for documents. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have no phone, no refund, and no clear answer about where my order went.

I paid in good faith, but I’m the one paying the price for their mistake. Mobi-hub takes zero responsibility for lost shipments and hides behind UPS instead of helping their customer.

Until they resolve this and refund my money, I absolutely cannot recommend this seller.

However, this does not fully reflect my experience.
I reported the missing delivery several weeks before the refund was issued. During that time, I had to contact both Refurbed and UPS multiple times and provide several documents before anything was done.
The refund was only processed after a long period of waiting and uncertainty, not “within 24 hours” as mentioned.

I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but the communication and responsibility between Refurbed, Mobi-hub, and UPS were very unclear, and it took far too long for a simple non-delivery case.
