Trackmobi is a fake company. You transact with them at your own risk. They lure you to pay $0.89 for a day's subscription and the next day $49 comes out of your account. You ask for a refund, they fail to. Please be warned!!

I am repeating the words of other frustrated customers and their experience with Trackmobi.
They get you by asking for $0.89 to find your cellphone.
In reality that’s just to get your credit card information and once they have a working card overnight while you are asleep they charge an additional $49.95
It doesn’t mention anything about a subscription fee when you pay for their service, so you are completely unaware of the scam.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars!! DO NOT use this app for any reason!! It's complete garbage and horrible customer service. Probably bots! The app doesn't work on a PC or laptop yet IF YOU LOST YOUR PHONE, you likely will want to use a laptop or PC to locate it!! The customer service replies I received were blanket emails - the same one each time and NOT helpful at all! On top of all of this, I cancelled the trial WELL before the 24 hours and they still charged my credit card the $49.98!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT USE and PLEASE REPORT THEM!!

Mobi-tracker have been taking money from my Mastercard for 16 months to the tune of $640 and don't acknowledge that I even have an account with them. They do not have my email on record. I purchased the trial period for 1.49. And the nightmare is nothing short of a scam. It never worked and the reply to messages is only a computer generated message that never gives you any solution. SCAM they will be sad to not get anymore money from me.

mobi-tracker.net is simply a scam! No other way of describing them. I tried out their 7 day trial in October 2023 without success. So I cancelled my subscription. In November I was charged for a renewal. I have tried to have my credit card dispute the charge, but I have no record of my mobi-tracker.net account cancellation. Either I was never sent notification of my cancellation or the emails have self deleted. I have tried to log onto the mobi-tracker.net website but it seems that my access is being blocked Either way this firm does not provide what they advertise then will continue to charge you for the privilege of getting nothing for your money. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON USE mobi-tracker.net

mobi-tracker.net contacted me on this site in response to my review. You can read their response below. On Novemeber 28 (the same day I saw their invitation to contact them) I sent an email to the email address mentioned. I am yet to hear back from them. Either mobi-tracker.net are so unprofessional or they have poor management that they cannot correct their "error". Or more likely, they are simply dishonest operators.
Either way, I recommend that you do not use their services under ANY circumstance!!
