Unfair grading and T&Cs
I have recently used Mobiceller to sell my phone, I was suprised once thry got my phone that thry tried to fob me off as my phone being cosmetically is grade C even though I have always kept phone in a full case. Their T&Cs got alot of discrepancies which I can only imagine is there to trick people to believe that they will get the price quoted before sending item away. Consequently I rejected both their offers as it was an insult, I will never use this company again. Customer aware.

They were thoroughly excellent to deal with. Kept me up to date all through, and paid exactly what they offered. I knew that my device was in great condition when I sent it in, but yet it was refreshing not getting a low ball offer. They also paid on the same day. Great experience all round.

Best phone recycling company ive ever used!
This company has to be the best phone recycling company ive used! They sent out a free pack to send my phone to them in, i sent it yesterday afternoon, and by noon today they had tested it and agreed the price i was quoted originally, no trying to low ball me like other companies have done to me previously, even phoned to check my bank details were correct before sending payment which was an instant transfer, best company ive used to sell my old phone! Thanks guys! Highly reccommend this company!
