Order not delivered in specified time

Order not delivered in specified time. I cancelled the order in December 2017 and I am still waiting for my money. Do not trust their delivery times. Do not trust their refund policy. Do not trust their copy and pasted rubbish about unusual circumstances.

I ordered a bluetooth headset on the …

I ordered a bluetooth headset on the 21st Jan £53 with 6-10 days delivery advised - 4th Feb not received so telephone them and after around 10 calls which I seemed to be hungup on connection I eventually spoke to someone who advised my order had not yet been despatched from the warehouse - so I cancelled the order and within seconds received and email confirming my cancellation. About an hour after I received the following email from them
"Your request for cancellation has been processed and refund request has been logged.

For the past few weeks, Mobi Ciy has been undergoing system enhancements, that resulted to delays in processing refunds.
As we work through the upgrade, we would need to extend the refund timeline to within 25 business days for the payment gateway to complete your request.
We won’t be able to confirm the exact date it will be credited to your account, as processing times of financial institutions vary.
Mobi Ciy has been in the market for years and just want to inform you that such things rarely happen.
Rest assured that the refund will be processed and the upgrades will help us improve our operations and overall customer experience.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work diligently to process your refund.

Late and couldn't care less

I placed my order on 21 January with expected delivery 6-8 days. 12 days later, on 2 February I tried phoning to chase my order. 20 minutes on hold and then the phone call ends without speaking to anyone. 4 more attempts to call and there is a message saying that no-one is available.
MobiCity have had my payment for £1,653.50 since the day of order, and as yet they have not even despatched from the warehouse.
I finally got hold of a person on the phone, who cannot tell me anything, but offered to cancel my order. I asked to have the order now sent by faster courier, the answer is that it is at their discretion how to ship the order, and if I don't like it then cancel it.
Unbelievably poor service, wish I had bought somewhere else.

Absolute scam of a website

Absolute scam of a website. DO NOT USE .
Phone wasnt delivered and they are claiming a refund will take 25 days!!
Zero replies to emails questioning where my phone was.
Only responded to emails once my bank started investigating the case.
Do not be fooled.

Same experience here

Same experience here, ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 on the 3 January but never received a shipping confirmation. I contacted them 10 days later via chat (waiting time 10min) and they promised to send me an update within 48h. A week later I contacted them again via chat (1h waiting time) and the same promise was made again. 48h later I still did not have an update and it was only then when I read all these reviews. I chatted them again (3h waiting time!) to cancel my order. I do hope they’ll do a refund within 25 days but as said below your bank can do a payment dispute within 120days otherwise. The UK phone number did not work for me by the way. (They always hung up on me)

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! Get help from your bank.

At Mobi City I purchased the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro phone and a pack of 3 screen protectors for the phone. It stated it would come between 6-8 but I soon as I bought it I got suspicious since Mobi City took my money without sending a verification to my email. 10 days passed so i checked trust pilot and found out Mobi City was a SCAM. I went to my bank for help, Lloyds Bank, and they gave me a phone number to call to retrieve my money since Mobi City REFUSED TO REPLY. In a few days my bank gave me my money back. Don't buy something from Mobi City and also don't waste your time trying to contact them repeatedly.

Not serious at all - They don't refund

- Ordered on the 11 of December 2017
- Asked to be refund on the 22 of December 2017
- After 1 month I'm still waiting for my refund.

There are not serious people at all beyond this website. They use this kind of tricks to take our money without shipping any products.

Don't buy from them!

Unacceptable company

Unacceptable company. 2 weeks after placing an order no update. I have sent 5 emails, tried 6 times to chat online (forever 2nd in queue) and called (on hold for 20 minutes)
Read all the other reviews - this company does not have Facebook, twitter or any other online presence. There is no listing for a CEO. The address changes repeatedly.

This company is a Scam

I ordered a mobile phone at the end of October 2017, money was taken immediately from my account. After two months I had still not received the phone. I contacted Mobicity by e-mail multiple times, the answer was always that they will contact the "Purchase team" and let me know the status. But they never came back to me, and always closed my tickets after 14 days. At the beginning of December 2017, I cancelled my order, they confirmed the cancellation but stating that they will need 10 days to process the cancellation. Now, 10th January 2018, I have still not receive my refund! I'm currently trying to get refunded with the help of my bank (debit card issuer) via "chargeback scheme". Stay away from this site is my suggestion!

Scam Company and cant get hold of …

Scam Company and cant get hold of anyone ever. Waited 10 days for the item and still showing as not dispatched. Tried emailing no response, tried online chat never moves past you are 1 in queue. Had to file a charge back with the credit card company. Should be closed down avoid at all costs.

Bought a Panasonic camera from this …

Bought a Panasonic camera from this company.
The product took far longer to arrive than stated.
Looked to register a warranty on the Panasonic site but there were issues because the camera had been imported into Europe.
Within 2 weeks the camera suffered a fault (outer shutter failing to open or close properly).
Informed MobiCity UK they had me fill in a form on their web site and state my desired outcome (which was replacement of the camera). I sent it with a requirement for a signature. It was received and signed for but it took them about a week longer to confirm this. They sent it to Hong Kong for review and eventually informed me they were repairing it, I informed them this was unacceptable I wanted a replacement. Their response was "Good day! We are sorry for the late response. We understand your concern but please take note that only then that we can replace or refund an item once it is no longer repairable. Surely we will give update if there will be more news".
The camera was returned to me at the end of December, over 3 months after I had paid for a brand new camera.
I would not trust this company and would never buy from them again.

BE AWARE!!!!

“If it sounds too good to be true it probably is”
You may think you’re saving, but in reality it’ll end up costing much more, in either counterfeit merchandise or nothing at all!
Be very aware of online fraud.
At best this company is small and cannot cope with the amount of orders they are generating.
I am very suspicious and either way they continue to take a lot of money from genuine customers in good faith. Hiding behind UK websites with certified URLs, yet operating in Hong Kong.
Looking at the raft of reviews for each of these sites (below) a “satisfied customer” is few and far between.

They say 6-8 days delivery

They say 6-8 days delivery, but my phone hasn't arrived after 8 days. Worse, I've tried contacting them multiple times but no response
Their online chat puts you 2nd in the queue but it never progresses from there
I've called and i'm on queue but no one comes on. Voice mail was not responded to
No response from multiple email, including asking them to cancel, but no confirmation.
Finally, called my credit card company to stop payment. Not sure what state my order has been left in now

Ordered Speaker through Wowcher

Ordered Speaker through Wowcher. The speaker came on time but I tested it and it made loud beeping sounds; so it is faulty. I sent it back which I had to pay for and got no refund and now they won't contact me. Serves me right for using them, they buy cheap products from China and then sell them on... fail

I paid £469 ordering a sony XZ Premium on 2nd august 2017.
On 30th November after much delaying and false promises that the phone would be sent in 2 weeks time and me trying to cancel the order I got a cancellation email.
It is now the 20th December and I have no phone and no refund.
Do not use this company!

They've had my money since the 24th November. No item received so cancelled. Was told to wait up to 10 days for refund. Despite many emails, nobody gets back to you. Tried calling and after waiting 10 minutes they cut me off before speaking to anyone.
Still not received money. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE.

Fraudulent Company, do not use.

Fraudulent - Do not use this Company. Ordered and paid for a tablet computer. Order was acnowledged but not delivered. After 10 days I emailed several times for an update - no reply. Tried the phone, recorded message only, so left my details. Tried live chat to no effect. Now trying to cancel the order and get my money back, still no answer. Will have to involve the credit card company.

Read the other reviews here. I wish I had before I placed my order. Avoid this company and disregard the attractive prices as you will lose money.
