Do not buy and waste your time. Waited to get my phone for a few weeks and still no sign of getting any deliveries. Contacted them for a full refund and they said this would take 10 working days to get a refund?? It shouldn't take longer than three days the most for the slowest company in the UK. I will do a charge back if I don't get my refund in time. Waste of time, I am paying another tenner or so extra and buying from a named company in the UK rather than sending my order to CHINA! And the phones might not be even genuine. Careful guys..

This company are horrific, they advertise delivery within 6/8days but yes I was waiting for my phone 1 month after I ordered. They also could not give me any date when I should receive it as it was out of stock, but online it was appearing as in stock. Their the cheapest on the market for a reason, just a waste of time! I had to request a refund after a month as they still had no idea when I would get my phone. Not worth the hassle!

AVIOD this Company.

I tried to return an unwanted item that had not been opened. They said I could not return the item because I had removed the outer packaging.
They finally accepted the return but it took them SIX WEEKS after numerous phone calls and emails to get a refund. AVIOD

Mobi City are terrible

I ordered a video camera from Mobi city on 5th May 2017. They fobbed me off about delivering it for the next three weeks, saying they needed more deadline extensions, not replying to my emails. On 31st May 2017 I phoned them and they said they still hadn't delivered my item, and asked for another deadline extension. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I'm now waiting 10 banking days to receive it. I should receive my refund on 14th June, over 5 weeks since I made the purchase. Do not buy anything from this company. They're absolutely rubbish.

As good as their word.

After ordering a lens for my camera, I discovered that the company is based in Hong Kong. I then looked at reviews and began to panic thinking the company was a scam website. I contacted them several times to check on my order. I received a tracking number and to my delight the lens arrived as promised. Saving me hundreds of pounds.

Pretty disappointing.

My experience with MobicityUK was quite weird if I'm honest. The customer service was quite average at best but for the most part disappointed in how it would take up to nearly a month to send a product I ordered to my address. I kept getting ignored whenever I called to ask questions. I became anxious that I would never see my £420 ever again. I read the reviews after I placed an order and was stunned at how many people had problems with this service. It blows my mind how this company is allowed to stay float and run when so many people have had numerous issues with them. I'm still waiting on my refund and I hope I do get it.

I placed an order for a phone over 3 …

I placed an order for a phone over 3 weeks ago (April 21st). I paid for the express delivery. I sent a message on April 28 saying it was taking too long and I wanted to cancel. No response. Then I received a message on Monday May 8th saying phone would arrive on Wednesday May 10th so I waited at home Wednesday for delivery. Nothing. Then I got a mail saying it would be delivered Friday May 12th. so I waited at home on Friday. Still nothing. This is without fail the worst on line shopping experience I have ever had. Late delivery, no communications in response to a request to cancel and multiple false alarms in delivery dates.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Paid £15 for express delivery (3-5 days), 2 weeks later still no shipped email! Customer services failed to respond or answer 5 times!! Got a advisor on live chat, they assured me a status email would be sent. Next day still nothing. I got an advisor on live chat again, who told me that delivery would be a further 5 weeks!! I asked for express delivery refund, they refused and offered me £5 gift. So have just cancelled the order. Waiting now for my refund.

Cancelled my order but good customer service

I ordered a phone with these folks and was under the impression it would arrive within 5-7 business days. When I received no shipping email after 4 days and my email to them wasn't responded to I got nervous and found the negative reviews on this site. They made me even more concerned so I called the customer service number on the site. I waited 10 minutes on hold and spoke to a perfectly nice and real person who told me that it actually ships in 5-7 days rather than is delivered in that time. However I still felt a bit uneasy and didn't want to be kept waiting (hadn't previously realised it ships from Hong Kong?!) so thought it best to cancel my order. She said the money would take 5 banking days to appear in my account but it actually took 2. I just wanted to reassure people who might have gotten the impression from other reviews that this company is fraudulent! Obviously I can't comment on the quality of the goods but I was happy with my experience.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. I ordered an S7 Edge on April 14, and it said on the website "in stock" After 4 weeks, despite speaking to reps from this so called "company" they NOW tell me it's not in stock , they don't know when it will be, and I need to pick a different colour, but that will take time, and may cost extra. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, just don't.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

If there was an option to rate it 0/5 i would do so.

I ordered a Smart Watch on 10th April, and paid for express delivery (£14.99). They promised to have it deliveres between 3-5 working days. Today is the 28th and still didnt recieve it. Whats frustrating though, is i have sent numerous emails asking for an update, but no one bothers to reply or at least acknowledge they have read my emails. I even started a live chat eith one of their staff, the second i entered my order number, he/she terminated the session, and sent a msg saying that they will respond by email - which they never did.

Digging more into the company Mobicity, there seems to be 2 more companies VentureDirect and OneDigitals,and all 3 companies are listed as part of MilkyWay Group - based in HongKong. Something doesn't feel right about them.

I will complain to the Trade Standards and check if my bank can withdraw the payment under "section 75".

JUST DON'T

I ordered my item in early March and I still haven't received my item. I have spoken with their 'customer support' and have received multiple excuses with no fix to the problem. FRAUD website do not order from here. I will now try and get a refund which I can only imagine will be another experience in itself ...
