The iPhone 7Plus in bought seemed fine

The iPhone 7Plus in bought seemed fine. On arrival 10 days later (instead of 2-3 days) ofter ordering, it turned out that the iPhone was not 'empty', I could still see some credentials of the previous owner, so I send it back. I had to pay to send the iPhone back, assured, because it was on my risk. After two weeks waiting I got the iPhone back in the same condition as I received it the first time. So 3,5 weeks later and additional € 14.50 lighter and no result, no excuse no offer to pay the sending return cost, no discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Do you think that I will ever buy at Mobico again?!

I wanted to purchase through a reputable company and not only have Mobico proved to be great but the delivery and product delivered was outstanding! Delivered within 24 hours of ordering and came with a range of accessories! As good as purchasing new!

Iphone xs Perfect!!!

I had my phone in less then 24hrs after I ordered it. It was in perfect condition and came with all the extras they said it would . This was my first time ever buying a refurbished phone ( or any electronic). Way better then I expected.

Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about about Mobico:
-ordered an Iphone 8, and instead of being sent in 2 days as they said first, it took 11 days.
-tried many times to call, but they never pick up or send emails asking for information, but no reaction.
-once it arrived the quality of the sound was terrible, so we sent it back as foreseen in their website asking for a devolution & back-payment.
-it took 18days for the retour-shipmen due to the Belgian post :-(, and during this period I contacted Mobico customer service and this time they were very reactive and efficient. Today they confirmed they had recieved the GSM and sent a back-payment invoice. I still did not receive the money, but I am very happy with they fast reaction this time.
So in short, I have mix feelings: many friends have had good experience with Mobico, but we were unlucky (delay, problems with quality). And about the customer service, sometimes they don't react at all (when asking about delivery time), but others they answer immediatelly & very efficiently.

iPhone SE:

iPhone SE:
1.) ordered a black 64GB "zichtbare gebruikssporen". Same day, I was told this phone actually is not available. In the email they mentioned (probably automatic email), that they expect to have the required phone again within 5 days in stock. However, when calling, they said it's very unlikely this phone (or another 64Gb phone would be come available any time soon). I requested the money to be paid back and a few days later I got the corresponding credit.
-> Improve website to correctly show which stock is available
-> Provide accurate information on how fast a specific phone model will likely be in stock again

2.) Since 64Gb was not available, I ordered 32Gb gold, requesting by email that a white one would be delivered. White phone arrived, but the maximum battery capacity would not show up in the settings. This made it impossible to check whether the battery still had more than 85% capacity which the minimum level guaranteed by mobico according to their customer support at the time of delivery. It further makes it impossible to check whether the battery would drop below the 85% capacity within the 2-year warranty period that is also valid for the battery. I called support and they said that the battery capacity should be shown independently of whether it's an original Apple battery or a battery placed by mobico. Since it takes up to 7 days for a phone to be sent back, checked, repaired and then sent back to me (can't stay that long without a phone), I chose to order a second 32GB phone.
-> Provide accurate information before and after buying about battery: warranty level of 85% only applicable to original batteries; batteries typically not original; battery capacity not shown in case of non original battery, etc.

3.) Again gold as white cannot be ordered through the website in state "nieuw". Despite mentioning in the order comments, that I would like a white 32GB phone, I got a gold one. Upon testing the gold phone, it appeared the screen was much darker than the screen of the first 32Gb white phone I had received. After calling and sending pictures, it turns out that this gold phone had its original screen replaced with a non-original screen. This other screen was so dark that even with brightness at maximum level it was unpleasantly dark. The phone not having an original screen significantly impacting the user experience was not mentioned anywhere on the website and selling such a phone as "nieuw" (Toestellen in deze categorie hebben geen enkel gebruiksspoor en zijn dus absoluut niet van nieuw te onderscheiden. In sommige gevallen zijn het letterlijk nieuwe toestellen) is not in line with what mobico defines as "nieuw".
-> Check order comments
-> Do not sell phones with replaced non original screen as "nieuw"

4.) I am about to send 2 phones back to order a third white 32GB phone, this time hopefully without any screen or battery issues. When talking to support on the phone, I find out the battery issue is due to the battery not being an original battery (different information than what was provided previously). I order the third phone, asking them to check whether it has an original screen and original battery. In an email they say no such phone available, only with replaced battery. Since I already have such a phone, I send back the gold phone. After a few days I get back my money, including the costs for shipping.
I did request in an email to also get some additional money to buy a replacement battery myself (as I cannot check when the battery capacity drops below 85% and thus their warranty is quite useless), but have not received any response in this regard.
-> provide phones without original battery at a lower cost such that a battery replacement is "included" in the price. Effectively, an 85% battery capacity level warranty implies a free replacement of the battery within 2 years. Given the maximum capacity cannot be checked in case of a non-original battery, the customer loses this advantage of getting a new battery "for free".

General feedback:
1.) Improve how the website shows the available stock of a specific model: when switching through the color and storage options, some bugs appear: e.g. white 32GB doesn't have the option "nieuw"; color squares are not always marked making it difficult to understand which color/storage combination is currently "active"

2.) phone customer support: a few times, customer support promised on the phone to send specific emails with for example information about which phones are available, how to remove personal data from the phone, etc., but no emails with such information were sent. Further, incorrect information was delivered (regarding battery capacity) and this led to a lot of extra time spent both by me and mobico to resolve the situation.

3.) Transparency: Clearly state that the batteries are often replaced and therefore maximum battery capacity cannot be shown in the iOS settings. Further, clearly state that the screen is not original. Personally, in that case, I wouldn't sell a phone as new anymore as the user experience is significantly different.

Happy with my new old phone

It was send really fast! The battery and the memory are way better and it seems just like a new phone. It’s less expensive but still very good quality. I would recommend it to my friends, too, to buy a refurbished device.

The iphone arrived fast the next day. The packing was well perfect and the iphone looks like new every thing renewed and does not look even used. Thanks for cover snd screen protector i had as actie van de maand. High recommended this store. It was my first time try this shop but not the last. Am so satisfied with the iphone.

They are trustworthy and good.

The first phone Ive try to buy wasnt in stock and they really did a follow up on it, gave my full refund back with no delay, so 3 months later I went to buy with them again a higher version of the previous phone (cause I knew they weren't going to screw me up with money) and in 2 days the phone was with me, perfect service and highly recomend.
