I ordered a MacBook spare part and was sent a wrong part. At first the service responded to my mails telling me I should order a different part, not acknowledging that they sent me the wrong part. I even proved with images that they sent a wrong part. At some point they stopped responding to my mails and now I have a part I can't use and my money is gone.

Fast shipping Bad experience. I bought from them an LCD screen for my pixel 6 pro it arrived in less than 24 hours but was defective with overheating issues and fingerprint reader not working when asking for support I was given no answer. I would not recommend.

Took our money but did not deliver the requested parts. Not a reliable source

You have a poor customer service. The return button is there but does not work. I sent email you didn't reply but now sending me auto reminder. But the packaging was 10/10

I bought my mobile phone battery here, it is original, it is very good, I will definitely buy it again if needed, hope this one can provide more services

I was worried and almost cancelled the payment via my bank after reading the reviews and lack of communication plus the invoices and status on order shoes as not paid .
However item has arrived in very reasonable time and is as described , not an original part but good and does the job as the battery I was after is simply not stocked in the majority of UK shops .

Maybe the communication could be better but I would buy again .

Ordered a replacement charging port assembly as well as back adhesive. Only communication received was that the order was "complete" with no further updates provided.

After seeing other similar experiences of UK buyers, I had to do a chargeback via my credit card who upheld the claim.

Terrible service the part I ordered was not the same as the website,it was a cheap copy.It took ages to arrive,tried contacting you by email and Facebook numerous times over a long period including asking for a refund never once did anyone reply.checkout trust pilot you can see my full review.you are the worst company I have dealt with and I have advised others not to buy from you

Ordered part to the UK. Company has no phone number and never replied to my email requesting tracking information. The part turned up in the end but took the best part of 2 weeks. Genuinely thought it was a scam due to the very limited availability but much higher than standard cost and also total lack of communication. I don't plan to use again unless I really need to.

Third email just sent to their "support". I've ordered a spare Nokia 7 Plus charging board from their website but the part that I've received and the one advertised ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The part shown in the image from their website contains all components (resistors, capacitors and IC) but the part I've received lacks all those components. I've paid 30 euros being confident I was going to receive what I saw advertised but instead received the same part that you can get from EBay under 15 euros. It has been already 3 weeks without a single reply from them. I strongly advise to purchase elsewhere and totally avoid them.

Ordered two batteries, which I tested and unfortunately did not work correctly. That's not so bad - you can sometimes catch a defective batch.
Unfortunately, however, the support has not responded after two requests (with an interval of 3 weeks) for refund or sending new spare parts...

If the support of a dealer does not react to defective goods, this sends wrong signals!

Ordered charge port for mate 20 lite and paid.Recieved a email in Dutch from GSM(possibly a sister company) unable to translate, but it appears to be asking for payment again.Asked for translation no reply,contacted mobie numerous times no reply,still waiting.very poor customer service,wondering if I have been scammed.
All mail to mobie gets returned as not deliverable.contacted GSM on Facebook no reply after,sent email as info says "if no reply after 24hrs then send email"no reply after another 24 hrs.As of today 7 Dec I have sent at least 10 emails all the same,let's see if they can be bothered to contact me.Order placed and paid for 23 Nov. Still no goods sent or any reply.now 12th of sept nothing arrived.eventually got a email from GSM saying item sent check my post box.sent 5 more emails asking for either a new part to be sent or refund.These guys don't seem to give a s**t.Dont buy anything from them as if is the way I am treated then you could end up the same.
Once again I have contacted them asking for a refund or supply parts on Facebook,but as they never answered last time I don't expect much.14/12/22.Finally arrived17/12/22.Not what I ordered basic board without full components.I already have one of these which I ordered by mistake from another site cost me £3
Mobie charged me 26.44 euros inclusive of delivery.w.t.f.Well it's now 30/12/22 and guess what they haven't contacted me despite numerous emails so I haven't got the right board or my money back
