Love my new mini computer set up! My computer recently crashed so this was a great alternative whilst I was waiting for repairs.

Second keypad I ordered as some of the keys stopped working on the first one after a relatively short time.
This is a beautiful looking product and I was thrilled to receive it. Delivery was quick. However, upon using my new keyboard, I find that after every sentence I need to go back over what I have typed and check for omissions. It also seems to want to finish my sentence half way through, then it puts a full stop and then upper case for a new sentence, which it isn’t. Very frustrating. It seems that the keyboard can’t keep up with my finger strokes _- and I am quite a slow typist. Don’t get me wrong, it works! But it is very frustrating to have to constantly backspace and correct. So I find myself typing one deliberate, slow keystroke at a time to avoid mistakes.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mobile-Mate. Please note that there are two types of keyboards, a Mechanical and a Membrane. The Mechanical keyboard is the kind that allows keys to register at the slightest touch, however the keyboard that you have purchased is a Membrane kind, which does require more pressure when typing to register the strike.
If you are not completely satisfied and wish to obtain a refund of the item price for the item you do not want, please send the item back (in its original condition) to the following address. Please include with the returned item a note with your invoice/order number so it can be easily identified and a refund promptly issued.
