Iphone 13 mini…my latest iphone after starting with iphone 3…
Lost all confidence in this phone..confusing instructions (dont get geeks to write, normal people) screen swiping random…phone is brand new, now used for 3 months. Not happy, time to move on !

22 years with Vodafone business care , trying to complete an upgrade of a 3 handsets 8 weeks now only 2 have arrived... , no one to complain to, customer service terrible and won’t let you speak to a manger ...small SME Dublin based .

This is a warning to those buying mobile phones on facebook market in Australia. Be aware of scam sellers like gti phone shop (G-TEC phone shop) and starmobile. I was scammed AUD1000. They will claim the item is brand new and will post the item to you within 24 hours and eliminate every single doubt you may have. They do not have any website which makes it difficult for people to report their scam. they will claim to have a store in Canberra or Brisbane if they want to scam you in another Australian city like Sydney, and even give you a fake shop address to convince you, and tell you can come and pick it or they will post it to you. I took time to search if there is any report of them on google but i did not find any, which makes me believe them and send a 1000 dollars to buy a new phone and they never get back to me since then. I am a victim and thought to give this review to prevent others.

I got the Huawei mate pro 20 and the feature of phone lock down with eyes open does not work if you cut out some paper and put it on your eyelids you can open the phone so you can open somebody's phone if they are sleeping just place the paper on their eyelids and put the phone in front of them and you're in their phone terrible security breach

I found a battery that I couldn't find anywhere else and of course I had my reluctance, but nearly 7 days (sent via Singaporepost) I received my two items ordered.
Yes, I recommend to purchase from this shop. I have nothing negative to speak of.

but still I've not received the item,
even they are not giving any reply to my mail,
worst service, really fraud company,
don't buy anything from this website, they are cheaters.

In January 2014 bought an replacement part from that page (Lenovo a820 touchscreen). Arriver in orderly manner but disfunctional. Brought it to Service, paid for it to be checked, could not help, screen would not work. . Contacted page. One month of stalling and meaningles communication + awkward requests and tips how to check my screen. After ONE MONTH of pulling my nose they simply concluded that they do not give any warranty on spare parts at all. That's not stated on their page. SO with this page aftersale service, WARRANTY - DOES NOT EXIST. My worst online buy ever.

Ordered my new android phone from this company.
Only took a week to get to UK from China.
Very good service, would use them again and would recommend them.
