I also ordered the neck massager on July 12th. I received all the same shipping messages everyone else seemed to have received. I contacted sales support numerous times with a canned response. I finally disputed the credit card charge in early August. The product finally arrived today though. If others are having trouble, dispute the charge. I'm not sure if it was the threat of my credit card company coming after them or pure luck, but regardless of the outcome, I wouldn't order from the website again.

Ordered a neck massager on June 14 show tracking from elk Grove Illinois still no package. Went to US PS they have no record of the tracking number called said it’s not a legitimate tracking number and they’ve had issues with this company using the same tracking total scam not getting my product but I will get my money back. If you see on Facebook or IG this company advertising for neck massager‘s do not purchase find them somewhere else because you will not get your product and they will take your money

How can they still do business? I have NOT received any of my order that I placed in June. Even though, they send you a tracking number and my order has been stuck in Elk Grove Village, Chicago since June 18th.
I continue contacting them asking where my order is at.
Today, I received an email fro Mobile Drip that they were refunding me PARTIAL refund on an item. They were not refunding me the full amount of said item! I have filed a complaint with PayPal requesting FULL refund! Buyers BEWARE! They rip customers off!

Placed order and paid over 3 months ago. Nothing received.

Ordered April 12. Still not received.

After more than 100 days from my order I have nothing received and I asked them for full refund but nothing.

Same experience as everyone else. They are true scammers. It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered product. They think they are slick by providing a USPS tracking number for pre shipment to make you believe your product is on the way. I disputed the charges with my credit card 🙂

Phone case arrived after 6 weeks. Cheap and faulty. I wrote an email and after another few weeks they said they would send a replacement. After another 5 weeks nothing so another email sent and reply stated they would not send a replacement as not there policy even though proof on an email. Please do not buy from this company.

Worst experience ever. They advertise that the product is landed in the United States but it was actually in China and has not been received yet when it was ordered over a month ago.

Delivery was from Hong Kong and not from Netherland as promised in order comformation.

Scammers. They use the covid-19 as an excuse for 3 months delay of delivery. Come on, I have received a shitload of other thing in the mean time. Scammers all the way. I am sorry that I felt for that.

This company is fake, the whole thing is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago and for the past 3 weeks they have been telling me to wait "a few more days" or "just a little longer" to try to run out the clock so I can't file a claim with my credit card company. They've sent me tracking numbers for packages that have yet to arrive at carriers. There are a few more companies operating under a different name selling the exact same product on Instagram. Their playbook is to exploit COVID and claim delays because of the pandemic, but in actuality they don't have any goods to sell--it's all fake. Please spare yourself the headache and do not buy from them.

Same experience. They are fake. Don’t wait to reason with them, just pursue a chargeback and get your money back before it is gone!

I have placed an order 3 weeks back. The order is showing as ‘waiting for Info updates from a carrier’. I am now thinking that it is a fake website, I am going to sue this company and see. Need my refund.

Also, I see several other websites selling the same product with similar ad videos. They are definitely fake. I am going to take severe actions against them.
