I bought OnePlus 10 pro from mobile go after using 1 week I am getting some problem my battery automatically drained 90 to 10% without using the device when I complained about it in mobile go customer service they giving me lame excuses like I didn't used orginal charger that's why my battery drained after that I use orginal OnePlus changer again getting same problem they are refused to give me refund or replacement also it's hard to connect customer service representative please don't buy from this website

Recently i bought s23 128gb version and i think they are providing very good products and service.
The production was just like new and there was no issues and problem they provide me bill box and all with mobile.
After payment just in 3rd day my mobile reached my place.
So overall very good experience.

I bought a phone from mobilegoo,quality was good but there were some scratches at the corner.
I talked to customer support and they said if i would have bought in superb condition then you would have got better condition for your phone but i had bought in Good condition.
Atlast it was ok as i was low on budget

I have purchase iPhone 14 plus from this website. Got an amazing smart phone at very reasonable price and customer service is also amazing

First of all they don't know how to analyze and review the phone while picking up from customer. Secondly, the person who has came to pick up my phone, he is not responding to my any of the questions and showing a lot of attitude. He is feeling like he has manufactured this phone and he knows everything.

Most important, they are asking me to capture the video of mine while selling my phone, this is ridiculous and worst. I have given my phone bill which says my current address everything. This is not a safety place to sell your old mobile. Please be careful and aware before you sell your phone to this persons..

Pathetic. Never sell or buy anything from this website. They give a price and after taking all the details post confirming everything is ok the shop owner starts bargaining like street shops. They might use your information and data in future.

Guys never deal with this dealer. It is just pathetic experience.

I have order Google Pixel 6 pro on 22 Jan'2023, but after 5-6 days Mobilegoo.shop cancel this order. I have paid Rs. 250.00 for cash on delivery and Rs. 250.00 not received back.

Prior to purchase, had confirmed the Pixel 3 I purchased to be an unlocked global variant but was instead provided an OEM locked version.

2 weeks later, the phone started displaying a 'corrupt phone' message at boot that wouldn't go away even after a factory reset and no support was provided.

Within 3 months, after 20-odd recharges, the battery started expanding and the back panel started coming off.

Now the phone is useless after 4 months and the company is hiding behind a 3-month limited warranty for the battery. In all my years of using phones, I have never seen batteries go bad after less than 2 dozen recharges, which also tells you about the quality of components being used for refurbishing.
