Deceiving!

Angry! Took over 2 months to deliver to my home. Received a 'toy-size' (9") Robot, NOT the full-size robots that were advertised. Package was damaged & robot looked dirty/used. I tried several times to send an email to the one provided on their website, and I got a delivery failure notice. I upgraded and purchased two robots from their Christmas special 'Buy 2 get 3 Christmas gift+Free Shipping'. Got charged shipping never received free gift. Disputed with my credit card co.

Wrong robot, order incomplete, bad contact info

Sent a robot that was not the one advertised. I tried to send an email to the one provided on their website, and I got a delivery failure notice. I also ordered three robots from their Christmas special buy one get two free, and have only received one robot.

I am absolutely disappointed!

I am absolutely disappointed!! First.. they send a Toy that they did not advertise instead of the Robot that I ordered. Second..this toy does NOT have a charging cord. Third.. they said 2 free gifts and all I seen was one small plastic baggie. I can't even give it to anyone because it is incomplete. Not working condition.
