All my orders have been professionally executed. I think the company is doing a great job! I also think the Sales(reductions) are not evenly distributed. Some countries are neglicted.

They have more than one choice to recharge a phone in Tigo Honduras. They do not explain the difference. I cannot tell what each level is. It would be nice to have a detailed explanation.

I sent a recharge of 30$ but never received

I made a transaction supposedly to go to Touch Lebanon. I didn't know the recipient's number was subscribed to a package called "Star," which means a regular "Magic" top-up wouldn't apply. So basically, the top-up didn't go through, and I almost paid $30 for a top-up worth $22 (and I'm fine with that price since I usually use this app to top up for my family back home).

But their customer support team insists we received the top-up (even though we didn't). And the absurd action that shows the quality of their support: they gave me a number, 7612703799, and told me to contact the mobile operator. While in Lebanon there's nothing like this as a recharge reference, that's a transaction ID shared by their suppliee DT One (mobilerecharge.com is not connected directly with the mobile operators in Lebanon).

Do not order from here

do not order anything from this company. They took 100 dollars from me and provided me with an invalid pin. I purchased elsewhere and they will not return my money. I want a refund I dont want a new pin and they will not give me one. Stay away from this company and their unprofessional scamming services
