Old product, not suitable for purpose.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Xiaomi 13 Pro. The battery I received was manufactured on 01/03/2023, making it over 3 years old. It's not suitable as a replacement because it is likely already degraded. Customer service is questionable. I tried to open a ticket (twice), but it wasn't saved in their system. Tried to message using live chat within their working hours, and can see a note saying away for the next 3 hours. Tried calling and listened to hold music for 11 minutes to be put through to an answering machine.
