I dislike that the shop advertises free…
I dislike that the shop advertises free shipping, making the buyer think that the product price is the final price he is going to pay, but then adds a transport insurance cost of 10 EUR by default (the option to uncheck it is easy to miss).

Decent Purchase Experience, but Communication Needs Improvement
The price of the phone was reasonable and the response time from the seller was generally acceptable. However, the tracking of the shipment could have been handled better. For several days there was no clear information about the status of my order, and I received an update only after I contacted them and asked for clarification. Overall, the purchase was successful, but the communication regarding the order status should be improved.
