SCAM
SCAM: we purchased a vacuum cleaner for 280£. Due to alleged problems with credit card we were asked to transfer funds. After we paid, the company disappeared.

Fraud
I purchased a fridge on 24 October. Was asked to complete the purchase by bank transfer as they were experiencing technical difficulties. Company failed to reply to emails and phone calls. When we finally manage to speak to a man he claimed that their warehouse had an issue and promised to chase the order. Fridge has never arrived. I advised my bank to reclaim the money, they put a claim through for me, waiting atm, but told my my chances to get this money back are slim. Can not believe I fell for this. So upset. The company Vat number appears genuine though.

*Criminal Activity Alert* Having placed an order for a dishwasher from their website, 9 days later I finally get this response: "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our online credit card merchant - you will be required to complete your payment manually via Bank Transfer." This is almost certainly a scam and you would be wise to avoid dealing with this company in any way.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner which I have not received. It is impossible to get a response from this company. They won't answer emails or messages. The phone always goes to answer phone. I'm now seeking legal advice on how to get my money back. I can't believe I fell for such a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unresponsive and rude - it took almost 24hrs to get through to their 'customer service' which apparently is very important to them - nonsense there is no customer service so avoid like the plague
