The instructions are confusing
The instructions are confusing. but once I figured it out, it ran perfectly. It would not download music from phone to phone, but once I installed it on my PC and plugged both phones into the USB ports, it transferred the music perfectly from old phone to new phone and from old phone to the computer.

I had an old iphone. Whatsapp's default transfer from old phone missed many of the chats while transferring from old iphone to new android. Without realising the partial restore I started using whatsapp and later realised that some chats are missing.
I used MobileTrans to move old chats and merge with new one.

It was difficult, but it worked!
It was difficult, and some crucial instructions were unclear at the beginning (Make sure to ask about the USB preparations and firewall permissions beforehand). Finally managed to solve all the issues with the chatbot. But ultimately it did work!

The app didn't restore images and videos. Did restore files liike PDF's. 49GB backup ended up 13GB. I had to revert to Whatsapp from WA Business because it didn't do anyting trying to restore WA Business. You have to cancell find my iphone but instructions are not up to date on how to do that. Phone to phone transfer is crazy to have both phones connected to the PC when only one phone is need during the source-phone to PC stange. Very bad app. Should have gone with the other one.
