product is good but delivering is not up to the standard...time lagging ,for normal delivery ,no tracking ...........dissappointing

The website was good. No problems there. Decent array of photos.

Ordering had the acceptable amount of payment options.

Shipping was a little slower than anticipated but not long enough that it was a problem

After recieving my order I realised I had gotten the item for the wrong phone type. The representative took my word on it and did a check to see if they had the correct type. They didn't so they refunded the entire cost of the product (not shipping though). Still, very generous and appreciated.

This case has always been a favorite of mine, always purchased it for all of my phones. It is reliable with enough room for a few cards, ID and money without being to bulky.
The quality is excellent, not leather but more durable and the perfect red stitching sets off the black case beautifully.
The corners are reinforced for drop protection, I have had a few small drops in this case and it held up fine.

one star is too much but feel free to try your luck and order from them, you are better off to order from any ebay seller. Its faster and cheaper.
Don't through your money away not worth the few buck you may paid, if a company tries to hide behind country local address and ships from anywhere in the world than most likely they are not worth the hassle regardless how good the products are in the end, if they arrive at all. If you raise questions about order status you receive nothing back, I ordered another case 1 1/2 weeks later from a ebay seller and thank got I got it other my new phone would be unprotected. I would leave my order number down there but I'm afraid it gets worse from here as it is still a live order.

Solid product - well built - great value for money.

Price was reasonable and postage fair. I wish they (sorry if missed it) offered tracked for a bit more as an option but it turned up well within expected time frames anyway. In my view a genuine company with a super website with price v performance running along well enough.

I had a problem with my order - my fault - and MobileZap addressed the matter to my satisfaction.

The Samsung note 10+ phone case is fantastic as it has a kickstand and lanyard and belt clip.

MobileZap is a great online company & I have purchased Iph & Samsung mobile phone covers from them over the last few years. Every time my order has arrived within the specified time frame & I have loved the quality of the item, exactly as shown on their website. Their email customer support is also very good with prompt replies. I love the Ted Baker Iph10x cover I just purchased . It's very feminine & pretty & good quality too. Also the cost was reasonable as I know here in Australia I would pay the same( about AUD60) for a much less quality cheaper looker cover !

Love the simplicity of the process, service was great and value for money second to none ..... would definitely recommend to anyone and absolutely use MobileZap again when i need something!
