Gabriel and George were fantastic. If you ever have a loved one dependent on a mobility wheelchair then you know how bad it is for them when it breaks down. Journey Wheelchairs gave us bad advice on their help line and sent the wrong part. Thanks to your great website I called your San Antonio office and Gabriel immediately said he could help and we made a definite appt the next day and I drove it in (an hour drive). Gabriel assured me they would figure it out. Just a few hours after I got home he called and said they had been on the phone with your technician and determined what was needed. He gave me a quote and I told him yes. I left it on Friday and they had it repaired by Wednesday. I will never go anywhere else and recommend Gabriel unreservedly.

They provide top-rated customer service and high-quality equipment and repair services, even for equipment purchased elsewhere. I was particularly impressed by their transparency when providing advice and recommending specific products and services tailored to my needs.

We used Mobility City (Palm Beach Gardens)for a special motorized chair following surgery. My wife was treated very well when she went to their showroom and Tyrone (the owner) spent a great deal of time with her to make sure she got the right equipment.
The pricing was more than fair and the chair was delivered exactly as promised. The driver was so great and placed it exactly where she wanted. Professional, friendly and patient!
When they came to pick up the chair the driver accidentally hit our gutters and roof causing moderate damages . Tyrone reached out to me within an hour after it happened. He told me to get estimates and promptly paid for the repairs…in very short order.
The mark of a great company is not just how they treat you when things go well but rather, how you are treated when they do NOT go well. I can’t say enough how great this was handled.
I recommend Mobility City 1000%. Tyrone is a “hands on owner” who takes care of his customers. Trust me…you will not find better.
