The best price for the wheelchair I wanted, ordering was simple and quick. Delivery was really quick as well, thought I'd be waiting at least a couple of weeks but it was here within like 5 days? Yeah, can't really fault them.

My contact person, James, went out of his way to calm me down when form of payment seemed like an Impossible Mission. Hats off for his patience in dealing with an elderly person trying to cope with today’s technology. Can’t wait to receive my scooter.

James in sales who I spoke to was brilliant. Even responding to a message on a Bank Holiday.

They had the chair I needed in stock and delivered it in good time.

I had the engineer delivery option which I recommend, because the delivery engineer was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Just had delivery of a mobility scooter. Ordering online was so easy and then received a follow up phone call to check the details which was a lovely touch. The person we spoke with was extremely helpful. Delivery was very quick and we could pick a date which suited. Highly recommend this company

Cannot fault service and staff

Ordered online which was really easy experience I did ring them up first of all before I placed the order to make sure I had the correct details because I wanted to order an extra battery as well as the mobility scooter the guy was really easy to talk to and put me at ease when the item arrived the guy was lovely who delivered it even though he had a bad shoulder.
Bought it to my front door the only thing I had to worry about was unpacking it which was quite easy to do once I got the hang of how to connect it all altogether it's been the best thing I have bought and I have used it a lot charging it is easy to do as well and it's nice to have the extra battery so I can swap them over when I need to I have managed to do more miles out of it than what they quoted me originally which is being nice.
I would definitely recommend anyone buying from them because at least you can bring them up and go through it on the phone before you make the decision on to buy it..
They did tell me if I wanted to return it I could do I have kept the box just in case in my bedroom if I did want to return it but I have had my scooter now over a month with no issues

I had reached the stage where I couldn’t walk very far, including walking my grandchildren into school, and I couldn’t lift my mobility scooter out of the back of my car. I needed something I could manhandle easily by myself but strong enough to take my 19 stone, 6 feet 1 inch frame. I’d looked at modern folding suitcase type scooters but with all the weight then in one place I couldn’t lift it high enough to get it into the boot of my Dacia Jogger.

Then I was introduced to a PowerChair and my life changed, quite literally. The chair concertinas left to right so stays at its normal height so I don’t have to try to reach down to the floor, which I find very difficult. Then, the magic part, it’s carbon fibre so only weighs 14kg with the battery still in place! I can therefore pick it up and put it in my car all by myself so school runs are easy and trips to the shops no longer a worry there wouldn’t be a free mobility scooter and it wouldn’t run out of charge before I got round. There are also a lot of very nice people around who see a wheelchair and want to help!

It’s not a cheap option at £1475 but it has given me my life back. James at Mobility Co couldn’t have been nicer and more friendly. I was never pressurised into buying and when I did buy he threw in a thick padded seat (although the seat with the chair seems fine) and a bag for the arm of the chair for my wallet and phone, etc.

Well what can we say mason was amazing . Not only are the prices a bit cheaper the service is 2nd to non . We have had several scooters from elite to able world. But nothing beats this service . 5 stars from us thanks Dawn amd Glenis

Good service, great product at a competitive price

Exceptional service - I made a mistake in my order and they were sympathetic, extremely helpful and arranged delivery of my power chair more quickly than expected. I couldn't be more pleased.
