Defective machine and poor customer service.

I paid an extra $30.00 to have a sit-to-stand machine shipped to my home. It took over 11 days to receive the machine and it was defective. I called Mobility paradise and the lady informed me that I had to send an email with photos. Why should I have to send an email to get help with fixing the machine?
Customer service means if I call I would like to talk to someone and have the issue fixed.
The battery when plugged in says, "Replace or recharge the battery."
When I turn on the machine it says the battery is full and the light on the charging unit is green for full.
When I press the up or down button the machine makes a clicking noise and that is it.
The unit that raised the bar is very easy to pull up and has no resistance.
I need a machine that works and so far the customer service does not seem to care.
I should not be required to send an email.

where is my scooter?

i ordered my scooter on Aug. 28. I've called twice and could only get a recording. I was told to leave my reason for calling and someone would get back with me. its been 2 weeks since I ordered and a week since i started calling. No one has bothered to contact me. i thought i would at least get an e-mail telling me if it has been shipped yet. I'm going to wait another week and if no one contacts me, I'm going to cancel my order and go somewhere else.

The delays in delivery were just…

The delays in delivery were just terrible. I ordered this on June 17, 2001 and did not receive it until mid August, a full 2 months later.

They say delivery will take 3-10 business days. Ok, lets just call it 2 full weeks.
But it took two full months.

When writing or calling to discuss the delays I did not get very good responses, they didn't know what was going on and there wasn't very good follow up. All they told me was delays due to Covid virus.

Finally as delivery day got close they contacted me to give me the name of the local company that would be making delivery to my house, a phone number to reach them and when it should arrive.

Of course it did not arrive when I was told. I called the company name they gave me and they told me they couldn't find it.
I contacted Mob Paradise yet again and it seems the company they told me had it didnt have it, some other company did.

They finally located it and the company that would deliver. They did make the delivery but not on the day I was told, I had to call them as well, to see what was going on.

All that being said, its a very good quality product and I would buy it again.
But I do think the company needs to communicate more efficiently and tell their customers more accurate information.

They would be better off saying its going to take 2 months and then maybe have the customer get a pleasant surprise by getting it a little sooner.

I rate the quality of the product a 5 and the price is fair.
The quality of service was poor.

I asked person I talked to if the 3 wheel electric bike.pedaled as easy as a regular 3 wheel bike and was told it did, it actually pedaled much harder, a complete waste of 1800 dollars!!!!!!!

I love it

I love it, only a couple problems. 1 need to have manual outside of scooter
2 the odometer stopped working at 40.6 miles. Other then that I love it.

The Scooter is nice. ( BUT ) The customer service was the worst that I have ever encountered in my 72 years. They were clueless & inadequate.
