I Found Mobility Station online when…

I Found Mobility Station online when searching for a local company in order to purchase a new mobility scooter. I made an appointment to visit. On arrival my husband and I were warmly greeted by members of the staff. There were a variety of scooters to choose from. My requests were quite specific and everything was done to fulfil my requirements. That morning I had seen a scooter online that I liked and luckily they had that make and model in store for me to try. I was shown the colour choices and made my selection. Never at any time was I pressurised or guided to buy something I didn’t want. The whole experience was lighthearted and enjoyable. Yesterday my scooter was delivered to my house all set up and ready to drive. I would totally recommend this company as we found them helpful and respectful.

Superb Company!

Superb Company!! Would only ever use Mobility Station; have purchased a mobility scooter, had the scooter serviced, and had car hoists fitted. If you're looking for excellent service and reasonably priced equipment, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company, special shout-out to Lee & Rico!!

We visited the branch in West Drayton

We visited the branch in West Drayton, and found the staff to be hugely helpful and attentive. We really appreciated that we could "try out" the equipment. For example, we were wondering whether a hoist would really be necessary in the back of our vehicle. On trying to manually lift the wheelchairs we knew it was a MUST.

The communications with Ancaster in Staines seemed to be seamless. We felt really supported and informed.

No pressure, just sensible advice.

We visited their Ferndown branch and were not disappointed.
The information provided was practical and informative, with no pressure to buy. After going away and giving it careful consideration, we returned and purchased an electric wheelchair which has proved to be of excellent quality at a competitive price.

The experience was in complete contrast to the larger mobility store a few hundred yards across the road, with it's pushy salesmen and inflated prices.

Uxbridge branch review v poor at comms and unprofessional

Uxbridge branch review. poor communication. failed to call either me , the dealer or the adaptations company back. fitted a grab handle in an unusable position. any installer worth his salt woulsd have realised that if threy ere fitting a styeering ball on the right of thesteeering wheel thst it meant thst the cusrtomer was unabler to use their left hand yet fitted a grab handel which can only be used when using my left hand. Then played BS bingo to explain why they fitted it there. it wasn't till 1 month later that someone actually came o see me and in 2 mins was able to actually show me that the grab handle couldn't be fitted above the door because there was an airbag there. their /installer/driver also treated my brand new car as their own and paired their phone to my car which caused a problem on my infotainment system.
