They take your money but you never recieve your packed with your item from them.

My experience was mixed

My experience was mixed. The phone I received works fine, but the delivery took longer than the estimated timeframe. Customer support did respond, but the updates weren’t very clear. Not a bad service, just needs a little more consistency.
