This app is a complete hoax. I paid $30 to have the ability to watch free drummers for one week. I have watching 43 episodes of one vertical. I was told that I would need to buy more coins to be able to continue watching these shorts. Other than that, I can wait 12 hours to watch another one. I am going to be trying to get a refund. I would suggest not using

I signed up to finish a book i started, but the book ended at half way thru with no way of finishing the book. When I paid thru apple pay it was for 30 days. I knew at that point I had been ripped off. I just checked my account and a week later they took another 13.99 from my account. I can't get anywhere to cancel. Don't use this service. a Complete rip off! I will file complaints where necessary

I cancelled subscription and checked every website and phone app to see if I am still subscribed but they still charge me every week and emails don’t go through. They are scamming people.

I never downloaded this app or made an account. But out of nowhere I started getting charged from them. I tried so many ways to stop the payment and it didn't work. My only option is to contact my bank to stop the payments. How is this even allowed?

I cancelled a subscription months ago and to my surprise, this month alone, MoboReels has charged me twice for a service I am not using! I asked for refund but the have refused to even mention my request. They are scammers. Your bank details are not safe with them. Pls cancel your subscriptions. You are not safe with them.

This company should be reported to the better business bureau. They are scammers, with all the little side games, coins and tickets. You get to the end of the story and they hold the last chapters hostage for over 400 coins for 1 chapter. Started only a week ago and so disappointed and frustrated. What a crock for an app. DO not get drawn in. Other app's are so much better. You actually get to finish the story.

I purchased the week reading for $11.99. I was charged $19.99, and was only able to read for less than 30 minutes. Customer Service was no help at all.

I've attempted to cancel my subscription for weeks in the app and email but customer service is nonexistent. All they want is your money. It's always the same "I'm away from my desk" excuse followed by end of conversation on their part. Had I known how difficult it would be to cancel I never would have subscribed. You don't allow for zero stars or negative stars, which is what I give this app and Parent Company. It is difficult to cancel the subscription because they use other pay services that you must go to in order to cancel your subscription. If you do not remember that payment service, you will continue to be billed. They lure you into buying coins without telling you in advance how much each chapter will cost. Once they realize you are captured by the story, each chapter becomes more expensive. By the time you near the ending of the story, it is insane how much is charged for a chapter; you may even have to buy more coins for the last chapter...UNBELIEVABLE. As one reviewer stated, by the time you get to the end, the story in incoherent and the grammatical mistakes too numerous to count. And to all you fellow avid readers, the FREE READS ARE NOT FREE EITHER... They get you hooked on the story and ultimately you end up fish food! COINS, COINS, COINS

There was a free one week and after that they were started to charge me. I downloaded yesterday but “somehow” they gave me a free week on last week. They are scammers. And even I bought vip ticket I still need to pay more tickets to read things

They steal your money as you can't cancel the subscription, very difficult and no customer support. Report to your credit card company for unauthorized billings. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

And when you are close to the end 238 bonus points from watching those stupid adds but not able to watch the last 6 parts.

I did not subscribe to their movies. And they still continue to take money out of my account. This is fraud. I got a new card and somehow they got my card number again

The app makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. I've tried multiple times, and the company just keeps trying to bill my card. It's a frustrating loop designed to keep taking your money. This has completely broken my trust. Avoid this service until they fix their unethical cancellation policy.

Paid for one week got nothing!! This is nothing more than a rip off! I have reported to bank this is a fraud and and reported to Federal Agency this is nothing more than a scam.

Very low grade reading. Paid for the trial week. They are impossible to cancel. The instructions they give you to cancel do not work. I tried to cancel the same day as zi knew I got scammed. They billed my credit card again the next week. I contacted the bank

I subscribed as I was hooked on a storyline. Big mistake. Definitely wasn’t worth the money. I tried countless times emailing them, but my emails were ignored. They continued to take money, so I contacted my bank. My bank immediately stopped further payments and let me know each time they tried to access my account via my card.

Then Mobo contacted me via email, not to confirm cancellation but to notify they hadn’t been able to access payment. I emailed again notifying them, that as they had ignored all my emails my bank had took action for me.

Mobo have now confirmed they have cancelled my subscription 🤨

Why pay $80 for a book that is not well written. That is what it will cost you financially, at the minimum if you use money. Stay away, I started at each chapter being 50 coin, I am now up to 200 coin per chapter. It is a time and financial suck. You have to watch constant adds. I have screen shots. It says 1 add, yet the place 2 adds at once. Then you get 2 adds that equate to 4. Then you are out of adds until the next day. I paid $10 for 5 chapters. The book I was reading has 311. The writer went off course, did not investigate her story line. Is now sounding ignorant in their writing. Now they have locked their site down for screen shots. LoL I have enough to prove my point, in the shots I got prior to doing this.

I keep getting charged $2.99 and other charges from here I have cut all subscriptions and am still getting charge I would really like them to stop charging me
