I invested a lot of money in their cameras, as the distributer told me they last for 10 years in comparison to the cheap Chinese cameras. Well, it has been only 4 years and already the camera's speaker broke, and the recommendation from the factory is to get a new one.

I would never buy from this company again.
Mobotix is good in cameras but the pricetag of 2.5k Euro is very expensive.
For that price I would love to have PTZ , IR Nightvision and nice pictures.
Unfortunately only the latter is the case on some of their cameras. It would be nice if they finally go the step and implement PTZ on all their cameras. IR must not.
Their cameras are very good in quality otherwise.
But sometimes the alarm isn't good , it triggers too sensitive.
