Poor after sales service
Poor after sales service. My order was not what I expected and after contacting customer service I felt like i was just pushed to wait for the 30 days return policy to end and then was told to return the item at my cost which would cost more then the items refund. No help,advice or comprise to get a satisfactory result. It’s a shame as the service up to the sale was great

The cable is great. It is exactly as described. Very good price also. I would give this a 5-Star rating except for the delivery/tracking. The cable cost €49.56 and I paid €32.38 for priority/express delivery. I had to email them 11 days later to find out where my cable was. It was then they told me my item was delayed because of the Chinese New Year holidays, starting on the 29th January. But I had paid for my goods on the 27th January. I didn't get the cable until after the 16th February.Not good enough. I should have been told there was no point in paying for Express Delivery Service because of the holidays!

I bought a M-Pen for my Huawei because the price was competitive to other markets. However, I changed my mind after 1 week and requested a return with refund. The returning process and refund was very smooth, easy. After submitting the request I got it approved in few minutes then I was assigned a manager who assured me through out the return process. They compensated me for every single puny and issued refund with no Hassle. I got a new device from them and will to buy again and again given the outstanding customer service I got.

While I ordered products from MobSpares, I found out they were unsuitable. I contacted them and just prior to the order being shipped they were willing and able to cancel it, and I got a speedy refund.
While I would like to say 'Products, delivery time, etc. were fantastic', I can only comment on their Customer Service, which was a great experience. Would use them again, based on that experience.
