The packets of tablets arrived damaged with many of the tablets crushed. I emailed a picture of the damage to Mobu and they immediately replaced them.
Not their fault that they were damaged. Great service

Superb quick service . Excellent packaging easy for postbox delivery. The customer service emails are something else and certainly put a smile on my face . Bit early to see results from the supplements but hopeful it will help my connective tissues and shoulder problem.

I would like to report otherwise, but they have serious issues with Customer Service. I ordered 3 items and got an email declaring that. Then another email saying that 2 of the items were on their way, with no explanation about the third. Suddenly the 2 arrived--with no tracking available-- and then an email saying I was being refunded for the third. When I asked why they said it was not available, which A) should have been clear when ordering, and B) I should have been told when the 2 were announced being shipped. To make matters worse, the Refund did not show up in my bank days after, and when I inquired they said it should have days ago. Then when it DID, it also showed a new purchase for the same item I was being refunded for, and for which I paid in the initial purchase! More Confusion. So I had to write them again. This is unacceptable, incompetent service, and I won't be directly using them again.
