I shall definitely recommend Mobylife as the preferred mobile service company at any given point in time.
Right from when I first contacted the best customer service personnel (Ms. Melinda) and how she handled the whole service procedure of my faulty mobile phone (HTC10 that had battery issue), it was simply a joy ride.
They serviced my phone and changed not just the battery, but found some additional issues and fixed those too in RECORD TIME. I got my phone back to me BEFORE THE ESTIMATED TIME.
This is something we seldom see these days with any other service agency.
I could go on and on, but you get the point.
I would take this opportunity to thank the whole team working at Mobylife for their unending enthusiasm and professional attitude. Please keep up the good work and wish you all a wonderful time.

Sent my Huawei P10 lte for speaker problems. I got it back with the message speaker and sub board has been changed and tested with no fault. But when I checked it, it did not solve the problem for even 1% ... what a bad level of service...

My case is the following, initially after sending in my phone to mobylife things went reasonably well. The case got processed, the phone was sent to an external workshop (this I don't fully understand since I thought Mobylife is a repair Shop) and I got the offer to receive a new phone due to the fact that repairing the old one would require spare parts, which are not purchasable within a short time frame. I agreed to these terms, which was 18 days (almost three weeks ago!).
Ever since nothing happened, mobylife did not give any update in the case wirhout request and the information I receive since then are very poor. So far the main amswer I got is that they don't know when I will receive either the repaired phone or a replacement.
And this status is very frustrating for a Customer, who bought an expensive phone that is still covered by the warranty. Almost three weeks without any precise answer about the time Frame die the repair or replacing a mobile phone is not acceptible. Even though, the response via messenging was usually very fast but since the information value is low I cannot recommend this shop. Customers should be valued more!
