MISSING HARDWARE THAT SHOULD BE IN KIT
So the hand guards color matched great and looks great. Here is my issue.
If you have a Road Glide then you can secure the hand guards on the bike with the mirrors. I have a Street Glide so my mirrors are on my fairing.
SO, to me, that means the kit should have the mounting hardware I need to secure the hand guards to my hand controls. We should not have to pay that kind of money for an incomplete kit.
Then when I emailed them to try and explain, they kept talking about how there are installations videos and sent me one which tells me they know nothing about motorcycles and the products they are actually selling.
So be cautious.

I still have not received my products
I still have not received my products. I spent close to $1300.00 and I have sent several messages and emails. No one is giving me any answers. What answers I do get are computer generated and those answers have not been true. Like products are shipped in 3 days after ticket with shipper is created. At this point its been 17 days. I saw the latest I should get my stuff is 19 days or less. As of now tracking number says there has been a ticket created. That was over 7 days ago. I am becoming very concerned and worried because of the lack of communication and I dont believe they can get my stuff to me in 2 days when the ticket was created in California and I live in Ohio. The 2 more days will be 19 days in which the website says is the longest for shipping. I just want my stuff and hopefully dont have to fight for a refund. Maybe the company will reach out to me now. I sent 2 messages today which was over 14 hours ago and no response as of now.
