Mocha Whip is the BEST moisturizer ever!!! I have extremely dry skin and it leaves my skin silky smooth all day! The fragrances are not overwhelming like some hand creams that I have tried. It is an excellent product for the price. Have patience with shipping. It’s worth the wait!!!

Thank you so much for caring for people like me with overly dry skin! I Love how radiant my skin looks with Mocha Whip. I started taking a jar with me while getting a pedicure and my nail technician is amazed at how much my dry skin has improved. Have placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Seeing a lot of customer complaints about not receiving their orders! Every company says due to Covid-19 is why shipping is delayed. I have placed orders after I placed an order with this company and still received my items in a timely manner! By now companies should have established a system to get orders out so stop blaming everything on COVID! Apparently this always been an issue with this company. They constantly delete customer complaints on IG and Facebook

I’ve had the pleasure of using all of the scents available and have not been disappointed with one! From the quality to the price there’s nothing better on the market.

After weeks without an update, they finally reached out via phone and email, after my initial review. I appreciate their honesty about their staff shortage and shipping delays due to covid. If they maintain their transparency and update their customers within a timely manner, I'm sure more customers would understand.
I received my order on July 13th and placed my order June 11th. I loved the Shea butter and swirlies I ordered and they were well packaged. The African soap scrub becomes a bit seperated so it is more soap than scrub.

Right now I will have to give them one star. I ordered my product on 6/2 and it is now 7/2. I have sent a message to their IG , webpage and a reply to my shipping email. No response yet. I really want to support Black businesses and their product looks amazing. But the lack of updates and correspondence is alarming. I am sure that Covid has impacted them greatly, but they should contact their customers. Hoping I hear back soon.

Update 7/6. I have received an email and a phone call in regards to my order. I’m very happy that they reached out to me and explained everything. Of course like I thought , there business is effected greatly by Covid. I can’t wait until I get my product. And will post a final review once I do as they are trying their best to get the product out.

Update 7/16. Okay finally got my product today. I ordered the Vanilla Rose body swirlie. It smells angelic and the texture is amazing. So I absolutely love the body butter. So end verdict , great product, just be a lot more patient that usual due to Covid and support black businesses.

I have very dry skin but when I started using mocha whip shea butter my favorite is Bday! my skin look and feels wonderful. This is a very good product for me.

My daughter and I love the products from Mocha whip. I especially like the vanilla chai flavor, but they all smell really good. The black soap is also a good product. I would highly recommend Mocha Whip to any and everyone.

I have been buying the Mocha Whip products for years, and it has not only really helped my sensitive skin. But also the flavors smell so amazing like dessert, and my skin stays moisturized for days. I no longer use lotion. I have always had a good experience with shipping from this company and customer service.

6/27/20 UPDATE: I've been contacted by Mel and Karen from Mocha Whip. I have been issued a refund and will have my order comped. Mocha Whip is a brand I've been excited to try for some time, so hopefully the next update(s) will be about the products!

I purchased Two Raw African Black Soap bars on sale April 4th. I received a shipping notification email on April 14th. However, whenever I checked the shipment tracking, there was never an update on location (it stated location was FL) or shipping. I stayed patient, surmising a delay due to COVID-19 complications.

I sent a follow up email to customer service on May 23rd requesting an order status update. Someone named "Jan" replied on May 25th stating:
"We will definitely ship your order this week. We honestly thought we would have been able to ship your order last week, but we were still catching up because our team is operating with less personnel during COVID-19. We are just beginning to get things back close to normal .... the "new" normal. As a result, our email response time is currently delayed. We truly apologize for the delay in shipping! Because of the delay and inconvenience, I will include a complimentary gift. We will email your USPS tracking number once we have delivered your package to the post office."

I had not received any email about delays before reaching out for an update. I emailed again on June 12th, because I had not received any shipping update after that response. Someone named "Kim" replied on June 17th stating:
"We really apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We are currently running behind in shipping orders. We are bringing in new production members this week to speed up the production timeline. This will help us to meet your needs better. We’re also working staggered shifts during the pandemic and being as safe as possible.
We have not forgotten your order. We are dispatching as fast as possible. But if you prefer to cancel your order and be refunded, we truly understand and will refund you. However, if you would like to keep your order, I can provide you with an accurate ship date this week."

I responded back expecting an update within the week. At the time of this review, there still has been no update on my order. The current COVID-19 operation information on Mocha Whip's website states:
"COVID 19
We are fully functional and following all CDC guidelines. Our shipping timeline is currently 3-5 days behind schedule due to our smaller team.
Our email response time is currently 24 hours.
We will email frequent updates to keep each of our customers fully informed."

Wonderful product! My skin looks and feels great. It moisturizes perfectly without leaving my skin feeling greasy. It also works extremely well on my feet. I use it everyday. My favorite scent is B day. My daughter who has eczema uses the unscented and her skin loves it. I strongly recommend Mocha Whip. I just love, love, love it 🤗

Love the product! Smells so good and leaves my skin feeling so good. We ordered Birthday, and the Almond Delight flavors and recieved them at the scheduled date,right on time.

Ordered the Vanilla Chai Whippie and it’s divine. Thick and luscious and smells delicious. Great quality, vegan, and from a Black-owned business!! Shipped faster than expected, and container is bigger than expected!

Fabulous product. Rich and luxurious in texture and feel during application...light and non-greasy feel once applied! Truly magical!! I've never come across a product like this before. I have received the vanilla rose swirl and lavender dream Shealoe butter and they are truly amazing! Very hydrating and smell heavenly. I am set for the summer! Thank you for such a great and guilty free product along with amazing customer service!✌🏽

This is honestly one of the best smelling Shea butters around. The scent is long lasting and I have dry skin this really penetrates your skin As it should. I’d recommend to anyone!!!

Mocha Whip is an outstanding product. I have very dry skin but the moisturizer in it is perfect for me. My favorite one is Almond delight with the Shea butter ball. I have tried several of her products but this One works better for me.

Awesome product! I love the whipped concept! It’s nice and creamy and a nice feel when I rub it on my grand kids and myself! I also love the vegan and essential oil ingredients and the different fragrances! Thank you Moca Whip for making a truly superb product!

I love the feel, smell and the way Mocha Whip lasts all day and keep my skin moisturized.
