I'm a beginner Japanese learner, and I found that I benefited a lot from taking the Japanese Online Lesson with Akari. She is very patient and takes her time to explain everything clearly.

I found Mochifika through her podcast which is perfect for beginners like me.
This is great material for the first steps in the listening practice of Japanese, other Japanese podcasts are still spoken too fast for me.
I like to use scripts from episodes to expand my vocabulary bank.
There is also the option of taking private lessons which comes useful because Japanese is full of tricky words and grammar that are for example context or courtesy related. I use classes with her to ascertain many language puzzles where a simple google search is impractical. Classes with her also encouraged me to start having simple conversations in Japanese despite my rookie skills.

Akari's Slow Japanese podcast is perfect for beginners like me. Other podcasts and programs can either be intimidating or dull but this is fantastic. The materials i.e. the podcast and the web resources, work well together are well crafted and allow complete beginners to practice listening skills and learn vocab. Thank you very much Akari.

All materials are easy to understand. I use them for my self-learning, and quite useful. All contents are full-color, that also helps a lot.

I wanna reccomended Akari's podcast. My weakness in learning japanese is definitely listening. I'm was trying practice by watching japanese video on YouTube, but in many videos people talking very fast. Too fast for me. This is why Akari's podcast is very helpfull. Of course, on the beginning it's was hard too, but right now I can understand 70% content in the first hearing. ありがとうございます。

I've followed Akari's podcast since it started.
Until then, I wasn't confident in Japanese at all and it was difficult to listen and speak. But thanks to her Slow Japanese, I learned the tips of listening and learned a lot of vocabularies and cultures.
Her YouTube channel and lessons are also very interesting!
