Missing Parts!
Furious! Ordered thousands of dollars worth of items, the first item opened without all parts supplied, when asked what Mocka will be doing about this very underwhelming, basically suck it up and wait for it to be delivered or dispose of the entirety and get a refund. Terrible customer service, incredibly inconvenient and generally disappointing!

Charming, Classic and Comfy
Dealing with Mocka, (my second time now), is easy and efficient. The ordering process and delivery of the 4 chairs was seamless and I am very very happy with them.
The only thing I would say as a caution is that you need someone who is handy to put them together - it was too much for me, but my talented, clever daughter-in-law had no trouble!
