Absolutely terrible at communicating…
Absolutely terrible at communicating with you I ordered on 11th dec said delivery 3-5 days it’s the 21st it’s not arrived very annoyed.
Order not received/ Bad customer service
I made an order on 12/11/25, I received a confirmation email which details that orders are processed in 3 days and deliveries usually are 3-5 days.
It has now been 9 working days and still no delivery or any updates regarding on delivery.
I have tried to make contact with the company via the contact us section on the website and I have also emailed via the email provided in the order confirmation email, but I still have not received a reply from the company.
Sales fine, aftersales non existent
Had a delivery of a wardrobe which was easy enough to order and delivery was on time. On unpacking the wardrobe i identified a possible design flaw on the clothes rack part and had question whether it was strong enough to support clothing. I emailed their customer service email requesting contact to discuss the possible flaw, whether they were aware and whether it was safe to put together. This was several days ago and im still waiting on a an acknowlesgement/reply. Sales and delivery part was fine, aftersales/customer service is non existent in my experience.
Excellent customer service
Delivery was super quick, there were a couple of issues with broken parts but they were quickly rectified and customer service was friendly, professional and quick to respond! Would highly recommend and definitely order from Moda again.
Item didn’t arrive and no refund yet given
I placed my order on 22/04/25 and received a notification it had been shipped on 30/04/25. I am yet to receive this order mid June. I have emailed the company 7 times in total - only receiving a response once. I have no faith this is being followed up. I have had to purchase alternative furniture from another company, and remain £214.99 out of pocket, with no reassurance that I will receive a refund.
Update - 05/07/25. I have very gratefully received a response from them and assured a full refund is being processed
DX the company they use is a outdated delivery service.

DX gives you a vague time between 9-6 when they will deliver (people have other stuff to do then wait around for a parcel all day) the tracking only tells you if it's out for delivery nothing else. It would be helpful if they had live delivery update or an indication of time.

Ordered item on 11th May, delivery is 3 to 5 days 🤷♀️received confirmation of order and then nothing else, have written to them twice asking for updates and still nothing, will be going through PayPal to get a refund

I've been holding off on this for a while because I felt like Moda@Home could easily resolve my issues if they personally responded to my concerns and feedback. They haven't and so the alternative is to highlight this publicly.
I contacted Moda@Home to provide my feedback, as the items I received were not of the quality I had hoped to expect.
The biggest of the issues we had was that one of the metal pieces of the frame for the dressing table was incomplete - the hole where the screw was meant to screw into had not been finished meaning that we were unable to complete the frame without manually finishing the hole ourselves.
I further contacted them regarding the overall condition of the pieces of furniture - the finishing on the edges of the furniture is poor and the edges have flaked up exposing the woodchip underneath the finish.
It is truly a shame because otherwise, the products look quite good, it is just a shame that they are of poor quality and that parts were not finished.
Customer service is completely lacking because, as I have stated above, Moda@Home have not even addressed these issues.
I note some of the seller's responses below questioning why they did not contact them directly - it seems to be the case that it does not matter if you do or not as in my case. Only wish I had read these reviews sooner before purchasing.

I’ve not been offered any compensation yet I’m still expected to pay their utility company for all the water I’ve wasted trying to heat the flat.

Really quick and careful delivery. Really good value furniture. We’re really pleased with it. Needed 2 people to put together but the instructions were way easier than Ikea ones!

I would never use this company again. My order was not as the picture and wrong colour. I have been trying to arrange a return for about 3 weeks without any success. Never buy anything from this company.
Very poor customer service
Having bought a wardrobe and bedside tables, I heard nothing from this company until I used the contact point on their web page weeks later. I was assured they had sent emails but none of them arrived. They claim I was the only one who had any communication problems, they obviously haven't read the other reviews. After asking for a refund they went quiet until I had to get pay pal involved, even so it still took 3 months to get a refund. I cannot comment on the quality of the items as i never got to see them

Item great just love it only down side delivery texted at 11.09 saying it was going to be delivered within 2 hour slots they came at 11’33 . Like people don’t need to work so missed them . Better notice much needed . Got it the next day but had to morning off work . Very annoying
