Very Bad Store

I used to order a lot from this site until they started blocking me for no reason. Their customer service is very poor and they don't give refunds in case of lost packages. Also, their site is ridiculous and designed at the lowest level like in the early 2000s.

Dear customer, our system doesn't permit any block to our website. We are always online in chat, social, whatsapp and email, so if you found any block it's surely a technical reason and instead of this bad feedback you could just contact us to check whats' wrong. Recently we had a problem with overseas bot, so we just decided to lock visitors out of Europe to try solve that useless load, if you are outside europe, just this is the problem unfortunately

Don't let the website appearance misguide you

I was extremely skeptical of this store when I saw how unprofessional the website looked, and would've thought of it as a scam. However, after seeing numerous positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Nevertheless, I had certain reservations about the purchase.

The item I ordered was in a brand new condition and fully matched the description. The shipment was made right away the next morning, and the delivery was seamless with a tracking possibility, and didn't take longer than the appropriate expected time. The payment was possible to carry out using PayPal. The offer was great too.

I would only recommend the store owner to update the website to a professional level, in order to match the actual provided quality of the service and avoid potential customers deciding against making a purchase being taken aback by the store's appearance.

Very Great Online Store Guys

I buy from Modacalcio.it twice and so far it have been positive.

Product : Genuine / Authentic Product
Price : Fantastic!
Customer Service : Good but could have been improved.
Packaging and Delivery : Great!

Story:
On my first try, I was a bit scared, but I am so glad the customer service respond to my inquiry via whatapps. That's a good sign!
Item finally arrived and I am happy with it.
It takes 1 months from Italy - Malaysia.

Second order. I placed it again and alhamdulillah, item arrived within 3 weeks! That's really fast.

Worst online retailer ever

Negligence and horrible attitude towards customer. Took 5 weeks to deliver the items and refuse to refund. Sent number of emails but retailer did not bother replying till I escalated the case to Paypal. Received a very rude and threatening email from retailer.
