The packaging was good
The packaging was good , and the bill in an envelope was nice touch . The item is good quality . My only complaint is that there was only 1 logo dust bag for my pair of Jimmy Choo boots instead of 2 ?! ( one bag is too small for both boots )

I like the old money style and this…
I like the old money style and this online shopping is perfect for this kinda style. I think that shirts and strict trousers looks way better than skinny jeans and some kind of a tshirt with some strange, weird logos on it. However, it's just my personal opinion.
As for the shopping experience it was smooth. The delivery took longer than i expected, but it's alright, as the quality is insane and worth the wait 🙌

First of the actual item came very speedy and well packaged and the item is stunning. I was concerned to see the soles of the shoes had some indents in them and sent photos of this to customer service, this was dismissed really as a customer had tried them on and that was that. I did not feel that was really a good enough answer and to feel dismissed like i was was also not good. Secondly I have bought a few pairs of louboutins and there are always replacement heel tips in them but these did not. i was told they did not send any as they do not do them but surely louboutin out these in the box, and does not explain why I have received some in my last 5 pairs
Response to reply: stating you do not put in tips still does not explain why every other louboutin I have bought has had tips in. And the shoe wasn’t the last in stock as your website states there is still size 37’s left

Concerning the indentations under the sole, this is the last pair available in your size, which had been tried on in store by another customer. These small indentations are therefore minimal and have not affected the color of the sole, which remains intact. We understand that this may be a detail that bothers you, but it in no way detracts from the quality of the product.
As for the heels, we do not include heels with our shoes. We understand that this may lead to confusion, but we would like to point out that our after-sales service contact details (number and e-mail) are communicated throughout our site, precisely to enable customers to ask this type of question before purchasing. If this information had been requested beforehand, you would have known that the heel pads are not supplied.
We remain at your disposal for any further questions and hope you enjoy your Louboutins.
