Well I paid $191.00 for a quilt cover set and when I got it it way too big, the pillow cases were way too big as well, asked for cotton but I got something totally different and no tags at all, asked for refund they told me they don't support refunds, then they said they will get one made for me at the standard size for a king quilt and now they won't even reply to me. Don't buy nothing from these things.
I’ve paid $35au for express shipping which when ticking the box says it would arrive within 10- 15days on a bed set and sent over a handful of emails notifying them I hadn’t received the item with no reply from the company. The shipping details show it has not left china? I went to their website to investigate the company and there I found the website has incomplete sentence just like the one and only Email I’ve received from them about my issue. I orders this around 19/11/2023 and I still have not received anything?? I will come back and edit this review if I receive my item
