Sky Sofa Range

My review of Moda - experience started indifferently, ended up very pleased. I originally ordered a Ledbury set back in April 2017, but didn't want it delivered until end of May due to my decking being installed. Come end of May the item was still not in stock. Took another 6 weeks to get them into stock so all in a long wait. When it finally arrived I wasn't totally happy with it - partly my fault (misjudged how big it would look on the deck), but also it did not arrive with any clips, and being modular and light you only had to slightly move your body slightly and it would end up misaligned and a mess.

So, I called Moda and asked about an exchange. (incidentally they did offer to send clips to secure the sofa, free of change). I quite liked their Sky range - this isn't modular, and is metal framed. Amy at Moda arranged this fuss free, and I received the new furniture. Straight away I could tell I was 100% more pleased with this - solid, well made and beautiful.

So the bottom line is I have a sofa set that I am very happy with. Took a while, but we got there and to me that's the key - ending up with something you like.

Moda Furnishings are the worst company I have ever dealt with

Moda Furnishings are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Firstly the guarantee of delivery within 5 working days is simply not true. I spent about £2,500 with them and the part of the order I received took about two weeks and lots of chasing by myself to get a delivery. I placed my order in March and it's still incomplete. I have given up chasing them now as I don't get anywhere and have been given every excuse under the sun. In three months Moda have never contacted me without my having chased them, I have now had to leave it to trading standards and my credit card company to get a refund.
I wouldn't advise using the company and wish I'd never come across them! For realistic reviews search on other websites apart from trustpilot as there are a number of horror stories from other disgruntled customers. Don't become one of them!
This is the second review I have had to place on Trust pilot as Moda had the first review taken off until I was able to prove to trust pilot everything I have said was accurate. I have now sent a chain of over 10 emails to and from myself and Moda to trust pilot having to confirm my review is accurate and insist they keep real reviews on their site.
P.S. They were selling the exact product I bought on Amazon for £800 less than I paid when they said I was getting it at a discounted rate.

Terrible customer service

Whilst the furniture is ok, the customer service is appalling.

Firstly, they informed me the delivery would be on a particular day. I arranged to stay in the entire day. Around 2pm I called them to confirm it was still coming. They confirmed it was. At 5pm, I called again and they told me it was definitely on its way. At 6pm I called again and they told me my furniture was in the ware house.

The delivery was then agreed to be at 5pm the following day. At 5.30 I recieved a call telling me the driver was 1hr30mins away. I had to cancel the plans I had that night. When he arrived, I had booked the premium service to have it assembled. Because he was so late, he left the cushions in the house. The next morning I deiscovered that the cushions were incorrect (too many base units, not enough back cushions) AND the fire pit wasn't installed correctly and sitting flush in the table.

After another call I was promised that the cushions would be delivered today. Once again, no sign of them. When I called the office at 4pm, they told me that the person I had spoken to still had them, ie they had know all day that they weren't being delivered yet they hadn't bothered to tell me.

Basically, if you're prepared to sit for days waiting, this furniture is OK. If not, go somewhere else. Theres been no suggestion of compensation or price reduction to cover the inconvenience caused to me by their gross incompetence.

NB. Having looked at other reviews, I'd go so far to say that many look like they might not be from legitimate customers. Single reviews, many covering the same thing, repeated grammatical errors. Highly suspicious in my opinion.

I purchased a rather large order …The way Moda furnishings have treated my wife and I

I purchased a rather large order recently and was so pleased I ordered a further item not quite as expensive however the service was superb after 3 days I phoned the company asking if they could add two items too the delivery date I was told no problem items in stock paid be with you on Friday after 2pm, on Friday the main item was delivered but the extra 2 were not a mix up at the depot I would think within 5 minutes of delivery company contacted me apologising and making arrangements for items to be sent by courier overnight of which could be tracked if necessary and would be at my home by midday the following day I had immediate e/mail confirmation and the items were on my doorstep 08-05 Saturday Manchester - Wales Fantastic service Moda once again anyone reading this don't think twice if you see what you like the quality is excellent but the service is outstanding and I'm not on commission

Amazing Choice

Travel from Worcestershire to showroom today and it was well worth it. Choice is amazing. Staff very helpful, first thing they did when they knew how far we had travelled was make us a cuppa, brilliant. Will defined shop there again.

Great Customer Service.

Recently been in touch with ModaFurnishing inquiry about a table glass replacement to the outdoor dining set i purchased last year which was smashed following the storms. I have been working with one of their team in the name of Vallan McCarthy and what amazing customer service received. Vallan has at every stage stuck to the commitments made and more than once gone beyond to help me with my many inquiry/s and questions. Great experience!
