i have had a moda medicare supplemental insurance for a few years now. i cannot praise this company enough. i've called & actually spoken to a responsible, knowledgeable person in less than 2 minutes. they process claims in a record amount of time. my doctors must love this company. when i had united health, i still had unresolved claims more than 12 months later & they covered what they wanted to cover. moda is really on their game. maybe they can sustain this because they are not a huge conglomerate. i'm the only one among my friends that has no complaints about their insurance company. moda is a model of how things SHOULD work. it's the only insurance company in a long time i have not had a reason to complain about.
