Good quality clothes!
I really appreciated the quality of the clothes I ordered from them. I made two orders and the sizing was overall pretty accurate (I wear a size XL), except for the knit skirt that was tighter than expected.

Horrendous company, awful material, expensive for no reason
I ordered a shark hoodie for my girlfriend for Christmas. Had no tracking updates whatsoever until it was held with my local parcel delivery company. Then it was held with my local courier for 3 more weeks where I had to chase it up 4 or 5 times as I hadn’t heard anything. When it delivered it came in a bin bag with the delivery info taped to it. Opened it up hoping that the quality was at least somewhat decent and it was worse than anything off of TEMU or SHEIN. The texture is horrible. The “fluffy exterior” was no better than a carpet or rug. Overall terrible service by a terrible company who prices terrible products at extremely high prices. Won’t be ordering again.

The package delivery was splendid but its a scam.
The package delivery was splendid and fast but sadly for the high price of your items, your dresses lack material and the luxurious feel in the pictures. That is all just a scam and trick to believe you are buying something truly worth its weight in gold when it's just a load of cheap material. Too much money and scamming for a load of crap.

There's no information on shipping…
There's no information on shipping time, so I tried to be proactive and asked customer service if it was going to arrive in time or not. They gave me one timeline that showed it should arrive in time, but then updated their email to show a longer timeline and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said cancel it. Then they said, oh, sorry, it already shipped and they couldn't cancel it and I can't return it even though I can't use it now.

Low and cheap quality
I don’t know what happened to the quality but it’s not there anymore. In the past a few years ago I would give five stars but not anymore. Not only is the quality of the items horrible now, but they don’t even offer a full refund for an item that is just similar to the picture “30% refund and a coupon “ what a joke. If I want a “full refund” I have to pay for shipping, so I can’t even get all my money back while they get their trash product. $60 for a top and skirt set for it to have loose threads, poor surge stitching, a label that doesn’t even say where it is made or what it is made of, the cloth pattern being similar not not equal to what the pictures on the website shows and it feeling and looking cheap. I should’ve just bought a similar outfit from AliExpress. It’s not worth it and their customer service sucks. Now I can’t even find the order under my account so I can’t even rate it.

Edit to the modakawa reply: I’ve already dealt with customer service, hence why I’ve said their customer service is awful. NO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT HELP ME! I’ve already tried to deal with the customer service with pictures of the product I received and screenshots of the product on the website to show how misleading it was. They just said, cut the excess ? You can’t cut a bad surge stitching….bad surge stitching means the cloth will rip and fray soon. Loose string means it’s going to start coming undone. How does that solve anything? They didn’t even address the cloth issues or pattern issue, not to mention the poor label issue and then they try to make the customer feel like I’m wrong for wanting to receive a good product that looks like what they show on the website!

Bat costume/outfit
I received the bat costume and at first I wasn’t really sure about it. I measured everything before getting, but I didn’t think about the fact that being a bit tall could affect how the costume looks on me. Maybe I needed a larger size.
But over all with some tights on it looks a lot better. It’s great quality and comfortable. It’s just the hood that feels a bit tight. Thank you for the product. It shipped quickly and arrived before Halloween.

I am now convinced that this site is a scam
my order number was MK00441707.... just like others on here have stated my order once it was placed I could check it for a couple of days and now it's completely disappeared they claim it it's a glitch in the system that they switched over to a new system but I'm not convinced since they've been giving me over the runaround for almost 2 weeks now.

Order MK00453241 disappeared from the website
I'm having the same issue with my order which has the order number MK00453241. I purchased on September 24th and I was able to check it on the website. However, yesterday when I tried again to check the status it returns 404 error code.
I've been trying to find it using the track order functionality but it's always saying that the order doesn't exist. Although the system has my account, it says I haven't purchased anything yet.
According to the website, they would help us within 24 hours by reach them out using one of the contacts. Therefore, I sent e-mails, messages via Instagram and WhatsApp. However, there's no reply.
The purchase was not cheap, suddenly receiving the response of "No found order", it's unacceptable!!!

Account and order goes non-existent
I definitely signed in and placed an order, and PAID for it. I even got the confirmation email from them twice; one saying order confirmed and later I got one saying it was shipped.
I checked on my order today but all I can find was 404 page not found, and my account went non-existent. I tried to log in but it says user does not exist. Then I typed in the shipping information manually((the order ID and my email/phone#) but all it said was the order does not exist.
