Took 30 days to receive my order. Didn’t make it in time for the event. It was NOTHING like the pictures you order from. CHEAP, cheap quality at expensive prices for what you actually receive!!

From my experience I would say to please avoid at all costs

Wrong size, wrong pattern...It looks like they just deliver randomly any shoes just to get rid of their stock...No emails, no track order...You don't know when your shoes arrive and which shoes or sizes would come up at your door.
I wouldn't recommend at all the company and I regret I wasn't checking the reviews beforehand.

Extremely unprofessional company. They do not provide a return address, do not reply to the emails if you want to return the goods.

I ordered a number of items, which they sent to my billing address rather than shipping address. They will not take responsibility for this and have been completely unhelpful in trying to resolve it. In the end I am having to arrange for everything to be returned without even seeing the items. No phone number to call and via email they are rude and just repeat the same thing without ever answering questions.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely shocking company to deal with, worst customer service, impossible to get an answer from them and they take 7-12 working days to refund you. I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit, I tried to get hold of their customer service people who are incompetent and utterly useless communicators. I finally managed to get an address to return the shoes and thereby sent them several follow up emails to find out whether they had indeed received the shoes, no reply. then a second follow up email and finally they responded, rudely, to say they had received the shoes. No confirmation email, nothing. I am still waiting for my refund. I will NEVER EVER purchase another item from this company.

Never, EVER buy anything from modalia.com! I have lost £260 due to their incompetence. I received my shoes in good time, the size was wrong so I had to return it. There was no-one around to receive the shoes on the return date (a working day) and they flatly refused to organise another date for delivery - not even prepared to make a phone call to the delivery company.

I have made numerous calls, send numerous e-mails - it is now 2 months later and I'm minus shoes and minus £260! I will attempt to claim back from insurance.

Do not buy from modalia.com!

I ordered shoes and got them in 2 weeks delivered at my door in The Netherlands. They're okay and I'm happy with them.

Modalia sent me two emails, one confirming my order and one notifying me they sent my order, but I got no Track&Trace code. Neither did I get any response to the 2 emails I sent them. The shoes were in good order and were packages in their original box. But there was no shipping list included or no receipt what so ever.

If there had been something wrong with the order I wouldn't know what to do as they don't respond to emails and you won't be able to find out how to return the order, or if you'd get your money back. The latter may be able through your credit card company or PayPal, but that's not how things should work.

I don't think Modalia is out to scam you, but I wouldn't recommend buying here if you've got other options.

Modalia still has a lot of work to do to become a trustworthy company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in mid June but I only got 1 (in decent time).
I sent many emails to the customer service explaining the problem and I only got one reply a month later saying that the order has been posted in mid June. I sent them few more emails asking them for more information but they never got back to me. Then I asked them for a refund for the pair of shoes since it has been more than 6 weeks from the order. Few days later they said they will refund me, but two weeks later I still wait...
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They have taken money immediately, right after I have confirmed the order. After more than one month, I still have not received the product!!! I have written them several times, but they have never answered!!!

My order was delivered to a wrong direction twice. There were no way to get in touch with customer service. Each my letter took weeks to be responded. Had to buy products in a different place. Devolution didn't work either. After stating my desire to return my purchase several times. I was sent replacement (a different size) again. I don't recommend this company. Absolutely!!!!

I received my shoes but they are too small! After emailing Modalia numerous times for someone to respond to arrange a £15 collection I have still had no response!! There is no contact number and no address to return the shoes! I was going to order a bigger pair with them but I don't need this aggravation!! What do I do if no one gets back to me and I can't send the shoes back for a refund ??

Received my order from Modalia two weeks ago and wished to return it. Just a pity I didn't read some of the reviews here first before I bought it. You need to arrange a courier to pick up the parcel for returning, but getting through to Modalia is a nightmare. No phone number and one e-mail address. Very little response to my e-mails and still have my unwanted boots.

I ordered for two months ago and just received my shoes now......when I send them a mail about that I haven't received anything they just said that my shoes are on the way.... Don't ever buy shoes from them.

Modalia clearly uses cut-rate shipping companies, as my order was lost in the mail. it took me two months, and several emails to get a refund. These guys literally have one email address, and no phone number, for all their websites. Do yourself a favor, save the hassle and buy from amazon - it's worth the extra money.
