Do not buy from this retailer. I purchased 2 dresses that did not fit well and when I originally contacted them about returning the item I had to take pictures which I did and forward them. It's been 2 months and no one has responded to my emails on what are the next steps. This company rips off consumers don't purchase any clothes from them.

Avoid this sham of a Company! They will take your money and deliver something that is nothing like the item in the picture you ordered. It will be of poor quality and in my case I ordered 2 items at the cost of £60.Only one item arrived( nothing like the picture) . I have emailed countless times to try and get a resolution. Basically they are at best unprofessional at worst scamming the British public. Disgusting.

Please do not buy anything from Moda Mingle. I received my skirt and top and it was disgusting cheap. The lace was coming off and it was tacky. I tried to return it and they kept asking me to send pictures. I did this and now they are not replying back to my email. I'm going to put it in the rubbish. PLEASE DO NOPT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Here's the deal, this company does false advertising and should be sued as such, if you buy a product based on a picture in the ad, the product received will be a cheap imitation, which is what happened to me (I didn't read the rest of these reviews before purchasing). Also the return policy says they'll give a full refund if the product is damaged but you have to pay the return fee (which means mailing it back to this address in CHINA: No. 439 Huancheng North Road Jiangbei District Ningbo China; otherwise you can keep the item for a 15% refund! Also they do a crazy mark up on prices, and then show that you are buying it at a "reduced price", but the return policy also says you can't get a full refund on "marked down" items. So not only will you not get a bad product (that doesn't look like what you thought you purchased) but you won't be able to return/get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND! THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS

The company is the biggest scam since Charles Ponzi. They sent me a dress that looks nothing like the photo they advertised and I ordered. When this was pointed out to the in INDISPUTABLE proof, unsurprising they stopped responding to my emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

They still won't refund even though they said they would. They sent the wrong size, the product was on terrible quality - really cheap fabric - white trousers - so thin they underwear is highly visible. In stead of a refund they have sent s size down which I did not ask for and did not want - THEY ARE THIEVES plain and simple THIEVES

I would strongly advise avoiding ModaMingle. I ordered a dress that was clearly advertised using images of a well-known designer brand (House of CB), which led me to believe I was purchasing a structured, corset-style dress as shown. What I received was a low-quality imitation with no internal structure or support — completely different from what was pictured.

When I raised the issue with customer service, they acknowledged the confusion but refused to take accountability. Despite their own return policy stating that a return shipping label would be provided upon acceptance of a return, they refused to cover the cost and insisted I pay for return shipping myself — which they even admitted could cost more than the dress.

This was not just disappointing; it was blatantly misleading. The product was falsely advertised, and their handling of the situation was unprofessional and evasive. I’ve since had to escalate the matter to my bank for a refund.

Shop elsewhere — this is not a trustworthy company.

I placed an order 13th July and it is still in 'processing' 8 days later... unable to get an update on delivery or cancel the order.

As stated previously by another customer, product is not what is advertised! It's a very cheap copy !!!! Don't waste your money!

Photos and videos of products are taken from elsewhere, products are mis sold and not as advertised. The company won’t take accountability and expect returns to be paid for by the customer, even though they know the customer doesn’t receive what they paid for. Fraud company have reported and will not order from them again.

Avoid at all costs, I ordered a dress and wanted to return because it didn’t fit (as you can do with any clothing website) and they refuse to allow me to return as returning items due to sizing is not part of their returns policy. It doesn’t state anything like this on their website. Absolute scammers.
