I do not recommend purchasing items from Modanisa. After recommending them to my entire family for the past five years, I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products, with markups exceeding 150% above the actual price. Unfortunately, I am unable to share screenshots in this review section. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.

Just an update, same generic email was recieved saying you are waiting for parcel to reach Turkey!
It reached the u.k. base that should be enough. Man went to the moon quicker than this parcel which so far has been 2 months! Just give me my money back please.

Hi, I don’t know why modanisa make things hard for their customers; I want just to return an item that I don’t like and doesn’t fit me, they wrote that I don’t have any order to return 🤦🏻♀️ it took 3 days and still the return doesn’t fix, and the thirty days still have not ended, knowing that for the international shipping (I’m in USA) they give two months for return RIGHT?!!

My order was despatched within 2 days. Over a week has passed and I still have not received it. Got a mail saying my order had been delivered, but it hasnt. Sent a mail to customer service and have received no response. I do not recommend this place...Pay a little extra and pay for local services. They are situated in Turkey. Any place that has a customer service, that cant be bothered with customers is somewhere to stay away from

I wanted to cancel my order, which I received with the status: preparation. I contacted Modanisa via WhatsApp and they called me the next day and it turned out that the order had been shipped. Now to make a return I have to pay the shipping cost.

Horrible spammy company
They send spams in email and I cannot unsubscribe as they deliberately removed the hyperlink from the unsubscribe button. Deceptive practice. Their clothes are not good as well.
Edit: ModaNisa replied to this review to save faces but never fixed their email spam problem. They greyed out unsubscribe option and all their junk keeps piling in spam. The onus is on THEM to fix their email newsletter not on me to spoonfeed all the irrelevant details.

The bonnets I order were not of the specified size.
I sent photos to customer services, they requested I send a photo with a measuring tape. I did that. Then they wanted every single one ie 20 with the measuring tape. Which defeats the purpose as they were all the same or dark colours.
I expended time to source the measuring tape and my requests for a refund have been denied. Initially a 20 pound voucher was offered but I paid 2.99x20.
Customer services are now refusing to respond

Really frustrated. Made an order on 24th December 2023. Haven't received yet. Sent emails to customer support. Never replied back. Tried the live chat many times. All they say, we created a case and we escalated the case. Actually, there was nothing happening. Contacted the cargo company, been very good and told me the delay is not from us , it is from Modanisa to chase your order. But Modanisa doesn't care. I advice everyone not to deal with this company, as it is a nightmare. Don't recommend it at all.

Does not worth the price.
I should have read the review before buying.
I bought 3 dresses to wear after my pregnancy.
I just started to wear them, all of them have buttons in the middle of the dresses from the top to bottom.
When I walk all the buttons on the bottom opens which is uncomfortable, inappropriate and on top of that look cheap.
The buttons on my wrists felt after 2 days of wearing.
I cannot wear them anymore so waste of money big time.
Ps: I got a contact from customer care who said they cannot do anything but they propose me 15% voucher on my next puchase!!!!

I use to bulk buy especially because I loved the modest clothing options offered. However my recent experience with them has made me question their morals.
Modanisa’s return policy is an absolute scam.
They shipped me a product that had a broken zipper and when I returned it I never got my money back as they claimed the money had gone towards express delivery.
I’ve had a case open with them for a month now, and they still refuse to refund me or acknowledge their mistake. They keep offering me a coupon knowing that I won’t purchase from them again after the way they’ve handled this case.
They keep saying that they will ‘forward’ the inquiry to the relevant department and it’s just going in circles of them offering a coupon, me saying no I want my refund and them offering me a coupon again or closing the case. I’ve received the same results via email, WhatsApp and call.
They clearly don’t care about their customers and only want to drain their bank accounts. Offering a coupon doesn’t change the fact that you’ll have to spend a huge amount of money for free shipping.

And when you want to reach them they say that they are working on your case and now it has been months and suddenly I receive a bill that is incorrect again. people, I advise you never to order here, they are thieves!
