Don't recommend

Ofcourse there is a chance they will get your order right but why take the risk?! An item was missing from my order. Modanisa claimed it must have gone missing during transit. I contacted FedEx. They stated the parcel was in perfect condition and no item could have gone missing. I sent this proof to Modanisa but they refuse to refund me for the missing item. They claim they packed it and that FedEx is responsible. Even FedEx reached out to them but to no avail. When I read the other reviews this seems to be happening very often. I had an E-mail war with customer services. They eventually offered me a coupon, which I refused. I simply want to be refunded for the item that Modanisa did not pack!

Update:
Just received a call from customer service. Now that I left a review a refund is suddenly possible. I am happy that the issue will be resolved, but not happy about the time and effort I had to invest to make it possible. I will update this review once I received the refund.
I hope Modanisa will do better in the future.

My 1st order was in 2017

My 1st order was in 2017. In the beginning it was quite difficult to figure out size. Never had to return anything, if it doesn't fit I offer it to a cousin. So far I'am really happy with Modanisa, especially the scarves Rabia Z.

Scam return never trust this site

From my experience i wont recommend anyone to deal with this site. Faik returned policy. The sent me sending invoices and i send back my last order due to unfit size since 4 months. I haven’t get neither reply, funds nor the right order. Total Scam . Specially there WhatsApp contacts total Faick

I have bought from modanisa for years…

I have bought from modanisa for years and have never had a problem with them. They always have sales and have thousands of options for hijabi women. I only wish the page had better filtering options, so it is easier to navigate.

Cheated and robbed

Original Review- Company is hit or miss. I bought from them a few times and returns have worked out. However, my last return did not. They refunded me for all the items that I returned except for two. I have tried reaching out to the company. Communication is awful. They communicate by email only to say that they are working on the issue. Three months later and I have now given up on expecting my full refund. I feel cheated and robbed.

-Because of this negative review, Modanisa responds here on Trust Pilot for me to reach out to them. No Thank You. I'll take my loss. If you cared enough about customer service, then you would have responded to my original emails and actually given me my refund that was promised after filling out the return form.

Never shop here

I spent £28.35 on the dress and £9.99 shipping. The dress is poor quality and fit so I wanted to return. “return shipping fee” is a ridiculous £30, more than the dress! So it would only refund me £8.34. Never shop here they are thieves astagirfullah.

I’m not sure why the company thinks people are daft. It’s very easy to search up delivery costs and exchange rates. There is no point lying about it in every single response to people who have experienced this. Regardless, this company does not care about fostering an actual customer base and would much rather make a quick buck from you. Do not shop here as if your life depends on it.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don’t order from here because they will charge you so much to return your items. It’s not worth it. I paid £46 for a dress (rubbish quality, not even lined and so static, it just sticks to you). They’re now charging me £30 for returns. Last time I ordered, they charged me £12. I don’t understand how it’s gone up so much. Now I have to keep this dress, there’s no point sending it back. Not ordering from here again. I live in the U.K. I’m not even far from Turkey!!

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Bought over $100 worth of items and wanted to return 1 of them because they didn't look or fit like the picture. They kept asking me for product information and pictures 5 times without any remedy. I now just buy from Shein. Much better return policy and customer service.

Re Reply from Modanisa: do you really think a customer cares what third party return company you're dealing with on your end? Is that my problem? You're giving excuses as you did in your several emails to me. Buy elsewhere people, trust me, they're not worth the hassle. Good riddance.

Trying to get a refund from this…

Trying to get a refund from this company they claim there is a technical error and are working on it, its been over a week now and I am stuck with sub standard clothing, as they cannot arrange to send an authorisation label out to me.

Refund for faulty dress

I just received my order from Modanisa and one of the dresses ordered was faulty with loose stitching but the main issue was that the dress was too short! I contacted Modanisa about this and asked for a refund.
Modanisa did offer me a refund and apologised for the inconvenience. I am happy that my issue was resolved fairly quickly.
For Anyone having issues , there is a WhatsApp number to call or message on their App/website and I found this to be most prompt way of hearing back.

Awful shopping experience I ordered…

Awful shopping experience I ordered from this website and never received my order. When I emailed several times about it, I did not get a response. I finally found a different way to contact them through whats app. And they told me that they will find out what's going on. Then they told me the shipment was not able to be delivered and that they will give me a refund when they receive the shipment back. I said why would I wait for you to get the shipment back? If I didn't even receive it and I wasn't able to send it back to you myself. And they still won't give me a refund and I still haven't received the shipment. The worst!

The worst delivery experience ever

The worst delivery experience ever, they are dealing with a bad delivery company.

The drivers are so rude, not on time, not respectful, one of them his name is “ Ajmal” switched off the line in my face while I’m still talking, also ignored my msgs asking him about the arrival time, and he ends up not delivering my package at the same day , I waited till the next day , the other driver his name is “ muneer” sent me msg saying he will be there in between 25 minutes but I waited him for the whole day in my weekend without any results.

Next time I’ll think twice before I order from modanisa because of the bad delivery service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Worst experience i ever had purchasing online. The quality of the material is sooo poor and the size also very inappropriate. Once we buy we have to pay 4 times the order to return it. And to receive the product we need to pay additional shipping charges also. Very unfair. Please do not buy from them. Do not get trapped.

Shoes broke after first use

Update 16.08.2023: Its been more than a month and nobody from Modanisa contacted me. This reply of them was only to show that they care about their costumers. In reality they don't!

05.07.2023 The shoes I ordered from them broke after just one use. Please do not order shoes from Modanisa. Talking to customer service they replay that they don't take action about a product that has been used. So looks like their shoes are one time use shoes. They should inform thier costumers about them selling one time wearing shoes.

Faulty items and negative post sale resolution

Had my order been of an acceptable standard i would have been happy with it.

However one of the dressses arrived with a major stitching defect and exchanging or or refunding seems next to impossible. The scarfs i ordered were childrens sizes and this was not mentionned. The bonnets were much less wider than appeared on the photo.

It is costing me 30 euros to return via their portal which is exceptionally high. The 20 pound credit applied requires a minimum 40 pound spends and inflates the prices when used, so you end up not having any monetary compensation.

Ive spent a couple of weeks on this with no resolution. Better post sale customer service and returns facility may make me order again but for now my experience has been too negative and i can't deal with the stress.

Terrible customer service

I wouldn't even want to give this one star because the company is not worth it. The clothes are really poorly made and the material is miserable. I would have liked to return the products, but it would have cost more than the products themselves. I regret not reading these reviews before ordering. You can be sure that I will never order from Modanisa again and I will warn every friend of mine about this company.
