Shoppers Beware - Bad Experience

Really disappointing experience with both product quality and customer service.

I received an item that had a clean cut directly through the middle of the garment, making it completely unwearable right out of the package. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos, assuming this would be a straightforward situation where they would stand behind the product they shipped.

Instead, I was told the damage “appeared to be caused by a sharp object” and therefore did not qualify for a refund. To even have the item inspected, I was asked to pay to ship the damaged product back to them myself. After going through the hassle of sending it back for review, they still denied the refund and essentially concluded that the customer must have caused the damage.

For clarity, the package was not opened with a sharp object. The item was damaged when I removed it from the packaging. If anything, it seems far more likely the garment was damaged during shipping or prior to being sent out. Regardless, it’s incredibly frustrating to be blamed for receiving a defective product.

What’s most disappointing is the way this was handled. Instead of standing behind their product or trying to make the situation right, the burden was placed entirely on the customer after I had already spent time going back and forth with their support team.

Customer service is where brands have the opportunity to build trust, and unfortunately this experience did the opposite. If you happen to receive a damaged item, be prepared that you may be stuck with it.

I won’t be purchasing from this company again and would encourage others to think twice before ordering.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I purchased a pair of flats that were on clearance. I know why they were on clearance.. not even wearable! The backs hurt so bad you can’t even wear with stockings. I sent an email explaining it was a waste of $20- they emailed back basically saying I was lying. Horrible customer service!

Be aware that they DO NOT offer a refund -I think quality is good but received shoes that would not work with my foot and they only offer store credit - no refunds to credit card. I’m hoping I’ll find something else that I can use .

I received both of my items shoved in…

I received both of my items shoved in the smallest bag they could find. The one was fine, but I guess when ordering I picked the wrong size, they didn't even care or try to help fix the problem. They told me I was stuck with it. I emailed them back and told them how upset I was with their customer service and they wouldn't even respond back until I had to go online to the customer email portion. They told me they would pass it along to management, but I am sure I will not here back from them. The colors of the item that I picked the wrong size in also do not look anything like the photo online the colors are more brown and black then rust and black. Very disappointed in this company considering they have very cute clothing, but in the end they just lost me as a customer. I hope they learned something from their service. Small businesses thrive on customers and they suck at it!!!!

BEWARE

I should have read reviews before purchasing. Terrible customer service. You have to be very sure about the order and not chance a return. It feels almost dishonest. The color description and photo was off. I only wanted to exchange in their time period and they were taking almost $20 to do it. I find that ridiculous. I kept part of the order. Be very careful!

Overpriced, merch is low quality and NO refunds!!

They say returns with 30 days but should say exchanges only. They do not give money back only store credit. They charge $5 for returns in advance! The quality is not good their merchandise is way overpriced for what you get. Do not recommend. Also the customer service is snarky and unhelpful, they’ve never heard the saying The customer is always right. They basically said too bad.
