I ordered my parcel 2 weeks Ago. I don’t have it yet. There is no contact with the shop. IA responds my mails.Don’t buy anything there!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing my order, I realized the company is not based in the Netherlands, as I initially thought, but in China. This led to significant delays in receiving my order. I had ordered a dirndl for Oktoberfest, but it arrived long after the event was over, rendering it useless.

The quality of the product was extremely poor, so I decided to request a refund. I emailed the company several times, but the process was painfully slow. To make matters worse, I discovered that the cost of shipping the item back was almost the same as the product itself. Despite this, I decided to return it, as I didn't want to let scammers keep my money—even if it meant paying more for shipping.

Unfortunately, after sending the package back and providing them with the tracking number, the company stopped responding. To my surprise, their website also disappeared. In the end, I wasted my money twice—once on the purchase and again on the return shipping.

This experience was deeply frustrating, and I caution others to thoroughly research companies before purchasing, especially those advertising locally but shipping internationally.

Attention!!! People hands off! Total junk from China! Don't advise any of you!

TERRIBLE. Absolute scam. Ordered 3 weeks in advance of an event, and its now been almost 6 weeks and nothing has arrived. They have admitted that the items are "lost in their system" but refusing to refund. Customers Service is super slow. False advertising on their website saying "uncomplicated returns" suggesting they are based here in Europe when in fact, it seems to be in China. Couldn't be further from the truth.
