If you have a problem you're screwed
They say they have 5 year guarantee. Our couch broke after less than 6 months. We were to get a spare. The spare was also defective, which we claimed at the day of the arival. They then offered 150€ refund, but we still wanted product to be replaced which is our right. They said it would be put in motion but after this we never hear from them again. In fact customer support is now playing dead, we are receiving zero respons regardless of inquiry. Also company is actually not registered in Germany, this is a typical shell corporation (Briefkastenfirma)

Leather applications of the products…
Leather applications of the products are produced in very good and high quality. Hardware components and mechanics have some little weak points in regard to material and fixings. All in all nice and very comfortable replicas for daily usage. Shipment was deliverd in time and in the exact ordered manner.

Great service and fast delivery. Chairs look great, but unfortunately they are not very comfortable. But what can you expect if you know the price for an 'original' LC2 chair (approx. 5.500 eur). So, in the meantime I do enjoy watching these chairs while saving for the original ones to buy.
