I would advise anyone against ordering from this company. The goods are of very poor quality and come directly from China. Complaints about the goods (swimwear was already damaged and much too small) are met with evasive answers. You will not receive a concrete answer to requests for information about returns either.
Stay away from this company!!!
It honestly deserves no stars. Product quality is cheap, prices do not match. Too expensive for cheap material. Sizes run big. They don’t have a return policy. Only store credit and charge an additional shipping cost for any exchange. Customer service replies quickly BUT they beat around the bush and do not answer all questions. With an exchange they wrote I could exchange for the same
Price and when I replied the product I’d like to exchange for, they don’t respond. Take your money somewhere else. It is May 17 and my last contact was April 12… have yet to hear from them or receive the new product.
