Do NOT buy anything from this company. I was fooled into purchasing what I believed to be a dress however the item that arrived resembled a dish cloth. Terribly poor quality and nothing like the pictures.

I recently purchased a jacket from Modehaus Essen that I was really excited about. However, despite a slight delay in shipping, I eagerly awaited its arrival. Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the medium size, which I ordered based on their sizing chart, was significantly smaller than expected (I typically wear a small).
In an effort to resolve the issue, I promptly reached out to the support email as instructed for assistance with returning the jacket. Despite sending four emails (!), I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication has led me to question the integrity of the refund policy, leaving me feeling frustrated and distrustful of the brand.
I genuinely wanted to exchange the jacket for the correct size, but the lack of response from Modehaus Essen has greatly disappointed me and eroded my confidence in this company.
I now can't help but wonder if the lack of response is indicative of a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling their refund policy obligations, which leaves me questioning the integrity of their practices.
